Toyota replaced 2 wheel bearings on my vehicle recently, bringing my Lexus back to the silent, smooth-running car I remembered. I soon detected a light metal rattle occurring at turns & bumps, however, that started to increase in frequency. Thinking it might be related to the bearings work just completed, I returned to the shop. Chris, Toyota’s lead mechanic, took a quick drive, deciphered the problem, and in no time, the repair was made. Toyota didn’t charge me for the work, & my Lexus runs again like new! Joe Harrison was an excellent sales associate. We went through a few trucks on test drives and then with what I wanted in a deal I went home with an awesome truck! The whole staff was excellent and made sure that I was welcome there and had anything I might need. We started at 3:30 and I left with the new rig at 7:30, nobody complained and made sure that the detail shop was doing their thing while we were doing paperwork. The whole experience was great, better than any other new or used vehicle purchase and it wasn’t even their brand! I purchased 2005 F350 sight on seen from the dealer. At first the fixed price sales process was a little annoying however, but watching the vehicle everyday on the dealer website it did come down over time (approx 30 days) to what I felt was a fair price. It did seem like they did a good job of addressing safety and drivability issues before listing the vehicle and agreed to an alignment, rotation and balance before delivery. The salesman (Leo) was honest, helpful and straightforward. I would recommend working with him for any Transaction. Being out of state they agreed to allow an independent mechanic go through the vehicle prior to my purchase. Salesman even helped arrange having the truck delivered to the Salt Lake City airport (for a fee) to help out with my return drive. Overall a very good experience.
