"I took a friend's Honda CRV into Tom Scott Honda in Nampa for the 110,000 mile check and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and positive attitude of Service Representative Cortney Schuetz. As I was sitting in the waiting area while the car was being serviced, I watched as Cortney would approach each waiting customer with information about their vehicle condition and potential recommendations for extending the life and enjoyable driving experience of their personal vehicle. All done with a personal, yet professional approach and demeanor. When she approached me, she had already pulled a Carfax to illustrate for me, work had already been done in another dealership. In some cases, work was done twice which is unnecessary, to say the least. She took sufficient time to point out factory recommendations for the vehicle , made some future recommendations, leaving all decisions for me to discuss with the car owner. I'm an engineer and have an in-depth background in vehicle construction, restoration and repair, so I truly appreciated her sincere, straightforward, honest approach. I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

We recently purchased a Nissan from another dealership, which unfortunately came with an unresolved mechanical issue. After that dealership was unable to diagnose the problem, they referred us to Dennis Dillon. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the experience was exceptional. Kierra Briggs answered my call and, after patiently listening to the details of a complicated situation, helped me schedule an appointment efficiently and professionally. At our appointment, Kierra continued to impress. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive — not only addressing our primary concern but also taking note of several minor issues. Her technician successfully diagnosed the problem that the original dealership had been unable to identify. While we were unable to have Dennis Dillon complete the repairs, as the selling dealership is financially responsible and requires us to return to them, the contrast in customer service could not have been more stark. After our frustrating experience elsewhere, working with Kierra was a breath of fresh air. Without question, Dennis Dillon — and Kierra specifically — will be our first call for all of our automotive needs going forward.
