Excellent Experience in the dealership

The salesman (Reggie Whitfield) was great. Great communication, great follow up. He did everything that he said he would and then some. He went above and beyond to make sure my buy experience was the nothing less than perfect. The dealership was clean, fresh smelling and everyone was very friendly.
Now the bad part. Before coming to the dealership in person for a test drive, I tried to buy (set the OTD price) the same car over the internet, via email and text messaging. The salesman (Eric) was not helpful at all. He did not seem to want to make the sale or just was not taking me seriously. He seemed more interested in friending me on social media than sell me the car. I then contacted the dealership through the online contact page. 4 hours went by and no follow up. Call Ryan Kelly (Internet Manager Master Sales Consultant) directly at the dealership. He never followed up with me.
The next day I arrived at the dealership when they opened, I am so glad that I was helped by Reggie. He is a true gentleman and a man of his word. If you are in the market to buy a car Massey Toyota is the place to buy. Ask for Reggie Whitfield by name
