Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.
2018 Toyota Corolla review
I have 45000 miles on this car and so far everything seems to work well. It is definitely not a powerful car- stay off the Interstates- and the drift is pretty noticeable at speeds over 65. You get great gas mileage- 38 MPH on my Eco- and the ride is typical small car bumpy. Forget the cruise control- useless on this car and the lane assist and other "assist" features are bothersome. If you want dependable and good mileage buy this car. If you want style and speed, shop elsewhere.

I met his supervisor, and the 3 of us chatted about my needs. After checking out the cars in the lot that fit my needs, I took a ride in the Toyota Corolla I liked. Then drove it myself. I learned about the features of the car, and at no point felt pressured to buy a more expensive or fancier car. The paperwork was seemlessly thanks to Scott Wilson, and in 3 hours I was on the road with my new car ! What could have been a stressful experience was quite the opposite.
