I had to order this since it has a 6 speed manual transmission. It shifts like a dream. The only thing is I am shorter and the seat is built for a larger person. It has heated raciing mirrors, an absolute must in the midwest, a killer radio and an amazing heater. Tight handling and hugs the road.

This is the first car that I have bought and owned on my own. It meets all my needs and expectations. If I was to be picky, I might want a better center console area for placing my phone. I'm also a fairly tall individual at 6'4", and while I have plenty of room in the driver and front passenger seats, I know that I would be kind of cramped in the back. However, I personally don't need the back to be very spacious as I don't drive around many people but myself. Overall, it is a wonderful car to drive and so far has been very reliable.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. To me the real hero at the Mazda autobarn is the service agent Juan Vargus. Juan is my personal preference, but he has me trusting anyone that works with me at Mazda Autobarn. I have owned three Mazda's. I've purchased two from Evanston Autobarn. The third I had overhauled and rebuilt by the autobarn team. I just recently got my wife in a Mazda. This is the store to buy your new Mazda or have it serviced! This guy has worked so hard on my behalf from the day I met him to give me the best quality care for my car at a fair price. I was so HAPPY with the repair. Juan Vargus and his crew's persistence helped me process an engine warranty claim. I would have given up on the insurance company that was avoiding my contract claim and just flat out paid all out of pocket for a replacement engine since I was driving a loaner, supplied by Mazda autobarn and needed to get rolling again. Juan acted as my advocate constantly petitioning the contract provider to inspect my vehicle and make a determination. His tenacity paid off for me, allowing me to replace the engine! He spent a lot of time seeking a good engine, in the end, he secured me a brand new engine! His relationship with other Mazda associates must be impecable, especially his top notch mechanics. Being so happy with Juan Vargus' service, I purchased a Mazda 6 from the Autobarn that I just love and will not allow ANYONE else to service my sexy beast 6! This guy takes care of all his clients this way, not just me. He responds to my service appointments request even on his days off, so I'm not left hanging. I just recently bought my first used car (2012 Toyota RAV4) and cannot speak more highly of the experience I had with Melissa and Elmhurst Toyota! I pretty much knew what I was looking for and had scheduled test drives of two different RAV4s at Elmhurst Toyota, as well as another dealership down the street. I went to the other dealership first, and dealt with a different salesman than the one I had been communicating with through email AND had a scheduled appointment with that morning. I was told everyone "worked as a team" and sat down with a salesman that had no idea what I was in to test drive. After 5 minutes, I was informed that the car I was interested in had been sold the day before--no one had bothered to inform me despite my confirming my 10AM appointment at 6PM the night before. Fast forward to my experience with Melissa and Elmhurst Toyota - the dealership was clearly really busy but Melissa met me promptly upon my arrival at our designated appointment time. She was still wrapping up with another client but set me up for my test drive. Although I did wait to "talk numbers" for ~20 minutes after returning from the test drive, Melissa was super apologetic and the dealership itself has a lot of comfortable space in which to wait so it did not bother me. Trade in was valued quickly and there were no surprises with the price of the RAV4 - we had negotiated on price over email which ended up being much lower than the sticker price on the vehicle (there was no need to reminder her of the lower price we discussed). I was paying cash but needed a few days to move money from savings and Melissa was very clear in communicating my options for taking the car home that day versus returning to the dealership a few days later. I opted to pick up the car later to avoid 2 different contracts and it was ready for me when I got to the dealership so I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Given my positive experience with Elmhurst Toyota, I'm actually considering getting my car serviced at this dealership despite living in Chicago.

Our daughter picked this car for her first new car over a Jeep Wrangler she has always wanted because of the great gas mileage. ???B??? type servicing for my 2015 Honda Fit

On a whim, I decided to drive over to Honda of Lisle to see if I could get the ???B??? servicing due my 2015 Honda Fit. I was promptly greeted (by more than 1 person) and Austin Polcyn was my service advisor. He was courteous and efficient. I asked how long the wait would be and he actually went to the service department and asked that information. The wait was to be 1.5-2 hrs. The lounge actually has 2 waiting areas with reclining seats and TVs. In addition, they???ve put in pretty decent coffee machines which offer latte to regular coffee. The wait was probably less than 1.5 hrs when Austin came to tell me that one of my tires had a nail in it (asking if I wanted to add that repair). I said ???yes??? and decided to wait the additional ???20-30 minutes??? that it would take to plug the tire. Unfortunately it took longer but it wasn???t because of Austin - he was running around taking care of numerous customers so my guess is the car was finished but he just didn???t have time to get it lined up and ready to go. After I left honda and headed home, I had driven about 3-4 mile (maybe 5 minutes) when my ???low tire pressure??? light came on. I pulled into a station, checked the air and the air was a few lbs low on the back tires AND I???d noticed a ???cut??? sort of tear on the R rear tire. I went right back to Honda. Austin got the car in and up on the rack right away - it ends up that the tires were NOT leaking and the ???cut??? mark was not dangerous to drive on. They added the few lbs of extra air needed into the rear tires, re-set the ???low tire pressure??? light and made note in the car???s file that they???d check the ???cut??? mark on the tire every time it was in for oil change. We have 2 cars and both are Hondas. Our 1st 1998 CR-V lasted to nearly 300k and was 17 years old - completely reliable. Our 2nd CR-V is turning 120k and is on task to last at least 300k. These are GREAT cars. If you do regular oil change and maintenance the cars will last a very long time. They are a great car to buy and we won???t buy any other kind of car. We have used Honda of Lisle for our purchases and maintenance/repairs since 2004. They also have a GREAT detailing department. I highly recommend trying that - you???ll feel like you???ve got a new car when they???re done with the detailing job! We appreciate the great work they do. Thanks -

My third tiime here, first for a new (2019) car.

While I was examining the available new Honda options, I got exceptional assistance on the features of the cars I found most appealing. Ultimately I chose an EX-trim Intrepid. Ryan Powels gave me the Users Guide to read overnight before taking the car, and then demonstrated the car's features to the point that I have been able to use all the new technology.from the point I took the car home. The Intrepid is amazing! It is a pleasure to drive, and my gas mileage has consistently been at least in the high 50's mpg. On my latest trip, it was well over 60. So despite having a 10.6 gal. fuel tank, I anticipate having to refill about half as often as before. I would have been happy with the quoted low 50's specification. I have the headlights on Auto mode; they came on as it got dark, and switched back and forth from high beams depending on the presence of other cars in front (coming and going). When it rained and I turned on the wipers, the lights followed shortly after, and shut off when I stopped the wipers. Just as advertised.

Honda Civic sedan, 2018. Very difficult driving at night without high beams on ~ and dangerous! Only owned since end of October 2018, and fearful of driving at night. Cloth interior is inferior quality. No back window wiper. Back seat headrests make it difficult to see much out of rear window. I researched reviews before purchase, found nothing on poor headlights ~ finding many complaints now!!! I like the looks, roomy interior, and wheels. Doesn't make up for poor quality ~ especially BAD headlights!!! Really upset!!!

I do not normally post reviews but I had to for this dealership. I have been searching for my dream car for over a year and have dealt with private sellers, low and high volume dealerships and some of the worst customer service you could possibly imagine. My search included over twelve states and twenty dealerships. I have to be honest, when I reached out to Ziegler my optimism was at an all-time low and I was ready to call it quits. I first made contact with Kyle Nagy from the sales department. Kyle was very prompt in responding and following up to my inquiries. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I made numerous requests and inquiries that most salespeople would have thought of as burdensome. Kyle always delivered and maintained his professionalism even in the most heated of discussions. When I returned to close the deal I noted that even Ziegler’s shuttle driver was a class act who shared a wealth of stories, pictures, and knowledge about cars. The *only* complaint I would have is that I was not informed that BMW ConnectedDrive would be discontinued on my car only a couple of months after my purchase. This rendered most of the safety features useless and absolutely would have been nice to know beforehand. Aside from that, I would recommend this dealership based on their promptness, professionalism, and inspiring inventory.

I've worked in the dealership industry for almost 6 years now, being 25 that's basically my entire career so far. I started, and have been with a top 10% store since day one so good service has come to be the normal for me. My salesman was John Bucher, an older gentleman that seems to care more about the customer than a commission check. (A rarity in today's market to be honest, given that most sales and service personnel are 100% commission.) He was pleasant to talk to, and easy to work with. He came from another career path, and seems to genuinely enjoy working at the store as a salesman. For being the only Manual CR-Z 13' and up in the area, I really was expecting pushy sales tactics and nonsensical add ons, all of which I've had to deal with indirectly before, on the other end of the table. MY finance guy, Adam, was also relatable, and easy to work with. I did not haggle price a whole lot, the car was what was promised, and already priced slightly below the going market for Manual low mileage CR-Zs I would highly recommend John, and I can personally certify that he is more concerned about you, than his check at the end of the month.

I???ve been to many car dealerships in the past (I???m a car enthusiast/work for a company that makes racing video games (And I love my cars)! Early January, I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat from Thomas Dodge. First experience wasn???t with Faye, but it was a great experience regardless. August of this year, the appeal of the Hellcat wore off for me (Between going through a set of tires every couple weeks + the gas mileage + RWD in the winter = death sentence), I was looking to get another vehicle. I went to a Ford dealer first to check out a Ford F-150 Raptor, and they wanted me to fill out a credit app/get bank preapproval before even being able to test drive the Ford Raptor (Really?). I immediately left and went down the block to Thomas Dodge. Faye???s my go-to salesperson at Thomas, and I met her early in the morning. I told her what I was looking for (Something fast, luxurious, towing capability, cargo space, and a real show stopper). First she recommended the Trailhawk (A great suggestion), but that wasn???t good enough for my need for speed. Next she recommended a SRT Grand Cherokee (Great suggestion, any other day I would say yes - but I wanted to go all out with my vehicle that I would be driving on a daily basis/my company vehicle). ???Trackhawk???? ???Trackhawk??? It was early in the morning + I didn???t have breakfast, so I asked Faye if she wanted to go get a snack (On me). She prepares the car (That nobody has driven yet), and a few minutes later, we head out to Starbucks. Faye???s a Mopar enthusiast, so we had to get on it a little bit on the backroads. I???ve never had my breath taken away by a car???s performance/style (I was grinning cheek to cheek like a kid in a candy store). We pickup our Starbucks, head back to the dealer, and go over the paperwork. The paperwork process was pain free, and Faye guided me throughout the entire process + outlined/explained each thing I had a question about. She also explained to me my financing options (Opted to go with a lease through FCA, because I go through cars the same way I go through shoes). About an hour or two from the time I walked into the dealership, I was walking out with the keys to my brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk! Faye is the best salesperson I???ve had the pleasure of doing business with (Not limited to car dealerships). I purchased a car from them in 2002 and again in 2017. In both cases, Schaumburg Nissan was excellent. Phil Panzarella asked what we were looking for and directed us to the cars that fit our needs. We were able to pick out a car, test drive it and start the purchasing process in about 45 minutes. Phil was nice enough to set up the bluetooth and walk my daughter through the functions on the car. Shoutout to Anthony Miceli and Paul Ketz who were also very helpful. The finance guy was great to but I don't have a card with his name, unfortunately. Easily 5 stars!!!!
2018 Honda Civic EX Review
All-in-one package!

This was my first brand new vehicle and I have to say that it has gone beyond my expectations so far. Not only does it drive smoothly, but it gets excellent gas mileage in both the city and highway. There is plenty of power to make this car such a blast to drive. The safety features such as a LaneWatch and multi-angle rearview camera that put it ahead of its competitors. There is also plenty of space of inside which it makes more accessible and comfortable. The exterior design is a bonus as well since it appears more sporty and aggressive. I would highly recommend this car to anyone especially if you care about safety and reliability!
