He was very patient with my questions, helped show me everything I needed to know for the new car and reassured me I could always call/text/email or show up in person if I had further questions. Getting the car was extremely easy. I said what features and color I wanted, he explained the process that they put in a requisition and Toyota decides who gets what and when, but that didn’t bother me because I wasn’t in a hurry and was kinda picky in what I wanted. Taylor kept me up to date on the process the entire time. Overall a good experience. I ordered a Rav4 premier & was told I had to possibly wait a few months for the one I wanted. My salesman Ebrima called me just shy of 4 months later & said another Rav4 XSE PHEV became available. Not the exact same as mine but was an electric which is kinda cool. My folks bought from this dealer in the late 80s & recently my buddy purchased his last few vehicles here. It was hard waiting but we'll worth it. Words cannot express how awesome the customer service of this dealership is! And I never imagined in my life that I would say that about a dealership. I submitted an inquiry through the CarGurus app and almost instantly got a text message with a video of Donna holding a sign with my name and introducing herself and letting me she was available to answer any questions. Very shortly after Brandon sent me a text letting me know he was available for any questions I might have. Unprompted, he personally created a walk around video of the vehicle I was interested in along with a link to a fact sheet about the car itself. That alone was incredible to me. Then I asked about a vehicle inspection report and Carfax report. He texted me copies of them almost immediately as well as the original window sticker. We set up a day and time for me to come in to look at it and test drive. On my way there I got a text from Brandon letting me know he had the vehicle all ready for me when I got there. When I arrived he was sitting right inside the door waiting for me. Talk about service! When it came time to talk numbers there was absolutely no hassle! They had even dropped the price before I got there unbeknownst to me but offered at the lower price without me even knowing they lowered it! They didn’t try to add all kinds of extra fees or anything. They gave me all the information I asked for and were very transparent with all the numbers. And while I walked in there already preapproved for financing with a very competitive APR, they were able to beat it! The vehicle I bought from them was a used Chevy. And I am probably furthest away from being a “Ford” guy. But honestly, I think the next time I’m looking for a new vehicle it will probably be a Ford from this dealership! It was a truly pleasant experience! I highly recommend!

Darin and all the staff at Inver Grove Heights Toyota were so helpful and attentive. It made what is typically a stressful event pleasurable and easy. I didn't have to suffer through the typically high pressure sales tactics, that are often a part of car shopping. I highly recommend taking your business there. Ask for Darin. The next time I need another vehicle, I will be going back to IGH Toyota.

2025 Toyota Corolla review
This is my fourth Toyota Corolla in a row. Absolutely. Love these cars and their durability. Love the fact that they went back to the darker interior for the new Corolla. Very comfortable And reliable car.

The first vehicle we purchased from them would still be going strong after years without a single issue if it weren't for a car accident that unfortunately totaled it out. However we were not worried because we were in good hands with Mike and his crew when we went shopping for a replacement.
2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.
