Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston review
My husband and I just bought a new Toyota Rav4 from this location and we are very satisfied with our purchase. We worked with Demarcus Craft and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was personable and professional. It was our first time buying a car, Demarcus had no problem answering every question we had and explaining them in detail so that we could be confident in our decision. We also did our finances with Matthew Laurence and he was very kind. We are very happy with our experience at Fred Anderson Toyota.

I got my work done in about a hour Saturday September 26. My service guy Jose Morales and the team were very polite despite rude and impatient people in the outside drive. There's also a notable apparent scheduling issue of appointments for the available staff.

Staff was very pleasant and got me out of there fast. Very fair deal and love the car I purchased. Elijah was very helpful.
2026 Toyota Corolla review
So far so good. If had her a week. My only complaints and they're minor. One, there is only one cigarette outlet inside the center console so you have a wire going from the center console to your dash. The outlet should be somewhere on the dash. There is a usb outlet on the dash so you have to buy a new camera. Like I said minor. Two, no rear windshield wipers. The car is very quite so you don't have outside noise. Ride is very smooth. Seat is comfortable. The Ruby Pearl is stunning. For a 2026 I thought $24k was a fair price. I just filled up yesterday so jury is out on gas mileage.

It was pouring rain on a Monday late in August, but we had a great experience. Jesus Gonzales was a wonderful and patient salesman. .

Tiesha Holmes was a very exceptional person to deal with. Her personality is very sweet, and she goes the distance to make the customer comfortable. She and her manager worked very hard to get everything I wanted, to make the deal. She is really a treasure to the Toyota Team.

Chatham Parkway Toyota review
The original salesman that worked with me was terrible. He knew nothing about his product. He was quickly replaced by Tavaris Williams, who knows everything about Toyotas. He was excellent. I really don't like the whole car buying process, negotiations, etc. I did not care for the set up of the showroom. I felt like I was buying a car at a circus or a cafeteria. With tables sitting out in the open, there is a lack of privacy when discussing the purchase.
