I am incredibly pleased with Brittany’s professionalism and great customer service, and I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Tempe! I also want to give a special thank you to service tech Omar Rojo Hernandez, who did a wonderful job. I rely on Toyota Safety Sense to keep me safe on the road, and I always worry about items accidentally being turned off during a service. When I got back into my car, Omar had left the information screen up, showing me exactly which safety features were activated. It was a huge relief not to have to go back into the settings to double-check everything. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and care for my safety. After weeks of calling pretty much every Toyota dealership and none of them being able to deliver, we were frustrated. Earnhardt Toyota was our last shot. I put in an inquiry online at 8 AM, and by 8:30, the sales rep called me. Manny really came through — super patient and helpful. He found a car that got delivered to the dealership that same day and made sure everything was ready for us to pick it up. He made sure the paperwork was ready for our arrival , had the car pulled up, and got it prepped for us. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet him in person to thank him since he was off at 3, but he made sure one of his coworkers helped us out. The whole process only took about 1.5 hours, and we drove home in our new ride. Huge thanks to Manny and Curtis (finance) for being patient and making this such a great experience! I really hope Manny gets credit for this sale — he definitely earned it!
