Quick appointment, very professional and timely service. Love the mechanic video, but the " follow your car's progress" did not work. I highly reccomend this dealership to anyone.

Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota review
I have had the pleasure of working with Jake. He was amazing in assisting me in replacing a young lady's undercarriage. He listened and went out of his way to make sure that she was taken care of as she lives in Hickory and my shop was in Charlotte. He followed up each and every time he stated that he would, and I was very pleased with his customer service, listening skills, knowledge and patience. Thank you, Jake, we could definitely use more people like you in this world.

I love this dealership! Just leased my fourth vehicle (third RAV4) and couldn't be happier with the experience. Joseph was great to work with in sales, and Jeremy did a super job finishing up. I also found that Gus in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Andy is an amazing GM and runs the best dealership I have ever visited. Keep up the good work!!

RUBEN HOLGUIN is the best salesman that I have ever worked with! He was very welcoming, friendly, personable, and immediately made me feel that he had my best interest at heart, unlike other car salesman elsewhere. He never pressured me like I have been in the past car shopping. He walked me through the different options, and made the process very smoothly. He even helped me clean out my car, as I didn’t think I was going to be driving home in a new one! I am very grateful to have worked with Ruben, and will forever refer him to everyone I meet! Thank you for your help and guidance with my new Lexus GX460!!!

Thank you guys for allowing us to enjoy a vehicle purchase with ease. Highly recommend

Reno Voss and team were super friendly, professional, honest, and kept me updated on several large issues needing to be done to my 2017 Tacoma...It now runs like a new one and was done in such a timely manner...I recommend this family owned business to EVERYONE!!! Modern ToyotaReviews
Modern Toyota review
We had an outstanding experience working with Amanda Harris at Modern Toyota in Winston-Salem. She was extremely professional, friendly, and patient as we navigated several unexpected delays in getting the title for our trade-in. Amanda went above and beyond to hold the vehicle we really wanted, and made the entire trade and purchase process smooth and pressure-free. We drive from Raleigh to Winston just to buy from this dealership because there's no haggling or overselling—just honest, exceptional service. This was our fourth purchase from Modern Toyota and certainly won’t be our last. Highly recommend both the dealership and Amanda!
