I bought a 2918 RAV4 on 11-21-17. My salesman (Richard) was great along with everyone else except the Closing Manager - Glenn. He was extremely pushy and high pressure. My wife and I were both very disappointed. He would not accept no for an answer. I almost backed out of the entire purchase as a result. Just thought you should know.
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with my car buying experience at Stokes Brown Toyota Scion of Beaufort. The sale process went very smoothly in large part due to my sales agent, Kirbee Fields, who was very helpful and stayed calm throughout the entire process....even when I wanted to get a little uptight. I can't say enough about Kirbee and the entire team at this dealership. The atmosphere is great and everyone seems ready to help. They had a car I wanted in there used inventory. I was going to buy from out of town and so they helped with plenty of photos and answered any questions including one Rickey Green replied at 1AM! I had a certain budget and they were willing and able to work with me to get the car at the right price. I would recommend this dealership because the sales consultant Rickey Green and Michael Blume follow up on phone calls as promised and even came through with a second set of keys AFTER the sale. They care about you and sale cars as a collaborative sale instead of a one sided one which is overwhelming positive and they will certainly get first look on my next ride. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.
