From the moment the service bay door opened, I was immediately greeted by my service advisor, Jeff Ennis. Right off the bat, I was so impressed by the attentiveness and my concerns were immediately addressed. The area is so bright and airy which translates as a wonderful and pleasant experience since I decided to wait while my Rav4 was being serviced. The lounge area is awesome. Plenty of comfortable seating and a nice coffee and snack section nearby. As an owner of three Toyota’s , I never been so impressed especially when I was given a real time inspection video of my vehicle by the service tech. This dealership is a breath of fresh air coming to Cape Coral. Thank you Jeff for making my appointment a pleasant one and I don’t have to drive over the bridge or go to the country for service. 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander review
Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum and very pleased with it. It handles very well and is very comfortable. I previously owned a 2017 Highlander and this is definitely an upgrade. Like the legroom in the third row seat.

2024 Toyota Grand Highlander review
This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

2024 Toyota Grand Highlander review
This is my first SUV purchase (I've always driven a small sedan). Our dealer suggested the Grand Highlander after hearing about what we were looking for in our next vehicle. I love it! It is so roomy and so comfortable. It handles great! The safety features are awesome, the infotainment center is easy to navigate, and everything the driver needs is easy to find and use. I love the additional storage and room with the Grand. I'm soooo glad I decided on the Grand Highlander.
