On my way from Fort Smith to close a deal on new Toyota. Just happened to see an ad for FOWLER TOYOTA, and that’s not where I was headed.... took 60 seconds and called, asked for Sales Manager! Boom... meet RYON LONG... he convinced me to stop at his dealership first. We did!!! DAY & NIGHT difference.... Very Aggressive pricing, fair trade value, but the staff.... now it feels like family... they didn’t have the color I wanted... they went to a different city and got it. Glenn is a good salesman!!
The GM, is out on the floor visiting customers.. Jim Patch, this man is great! Surrounded himself with a Excellent team! They are Very Very customer experience motivated... Sean Walsh, Finance Manager great communicator , worked hard to get best finance rates!!
I give them Five Stars because theirs not an option for Six!! Bill Fowler should be very proud of this company!!

I really loved my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, but it was getting too small for my family camping trips with our big dog. I needed a vehicle that would be comparable, but have more space. Fowler Toyota had a 2019 4Runner with the options I wanted. After a short amount of time dealing we were able to negotiate a fair trade in for my Jeep and a fair price on the Toyota. It was a fast and great buying experience. The salesman and sales manager both worked with me directly and were very amiable people who didn’t give me that slimy sales guy feeling. A great buying experience and I would do it again.
I bought a 4Runner for my son over the phone. Tommy Lethers and Glen were so helpful during the process. It took a few minutes to complete the transaction. They delivered the car to my house nearly 100 miles from the dealership at no cost !!

My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.

I was shopping for a Jeep Liberty to tow behind my RV. Explained this necessity as absolutely the reason I was there to buy a Jeep Liberty they had in their dealership. The salesman that I worked with went the extra step for me and contacted two different Jeep service departments to make sure to this vehicle could be flat towed. With no extra equipment needed.
Our salesman, Sean Connelly, and our finance man, Grant Geer, were great! There were no high-pressure sales techniques or "arm-twisting" with either of them. They were engaging, professional and just the perfect people to get us into a new car.They were willing to wait for us to decide what we needed to do without bothering us with phone calls or texting pressure. I would highly recommend both of these men to anyone purchasing a Toyota. JIm Norton Toyota is THE place to go for your new car!
This dealership actually made the car buying process enjoyable! I???ve been to several different places, including another Toyota dealership, but none had the customer service of Jim Norton. They gave me respect without pressuring me into any deal. I left feeling good about the purchase.
In less than 24 hours I have the car that I wanted and it was an absolute joy working with Adam Buckmaster - in the business office!! He got me a really good interest rate on the loan & the paperwork was a breeze. My salesman was Brad Mincer- I could not have had a better representative of Jim Norton Toyota. Everyone I had contact with genuinely care and want their customers happy. The car I traded in I purchased at Jim Norton Toyota- so they must be doing something right.

We have been flying into Tulsa monthly for the past six years for treatment of my wife's three (stage 4 cancers) at Cancer Treatment Center of America. A journey which continues to provide hope.
We have also been renting a car monthly from Fowler Toyota the past three years. They have and continue to be extremely responsive to our needs and greatly help may this painful journey much easier for us.
Only once during the past three years did we encounter any difficulty and after a face to face discussion with their GM Jim Patch, discovered the issue was probably caused by a phone system that he recently replaced. This is totally understandable and had nothing to do with their desire to provide excellent customer service.
Looking back upon the "difficulty", it only strengthens the fact providing "objective evidence" Fowler Toyota is totally committed to insuring customer satisfaction and we will continue to rent monthly from them as well as recommend them to other stakeholders, patients, and caregivers @ Cancer Treatment Center of America.

Everything about our buying experience at Jim Nortons was excellent. After a volley of texts back and forth a few days prior to going in between Brandon and myself my family and I popped in on black friday to take a look at a rav4 for my wife. Honestly it was more for a test drive than anything else because we still weren't sure what vehicle she wanted but if we found "THE ONE" we were ready to play. When we came in first thing in the morning they were already pretty busy but that did not stop them from being readily available for us. At this point we met Mr.Friday, I told him from the get exactly what I wanted, what I wanted to spend etc. And he got straight to work for us. He found the exact car we wanted, in the price range we were willing to spend and made it happen. Instead of being like previous car dealer experiences I've had at other places trying to shove a vehicle down your throat that you dont particularly want in a price range that isn't in the budget he waved the magic wand and put this rav4 in our driveway. I highly recommend this dealership, they have a vast inventory, knowledgable and friendly staff (especially Mr.Friday), a large volume of lenders for just about any credit situation, and pressure free environment that gives you room to make your own decision. We will more than likely be life long customers. Go down to Jim Nortons and get you a new car they will make it happen! See my guy Friday!
