I love my 2021 RAV4 but was considering trading for a newer model because a warranty issue was not well explained by another dealer. Miller had a 2024 on Cars.com at a reasonable price. To my surprise, instead of pushing the sale, the manager listened and showed me how the issue had been resolved. I will definitely go to Miller the next time I am looking to trade and/or buy a Toyota and for service. That's good customer service for the long term.
2020 Toyota Highlander review
Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander

2021 Toyota Highlander review
My mother recently rented this car for a family vacation to West Virginia and it was amazing! Excellent mileage for an SUV its size. Great performance. Tons of safety features (which is a VERY GOOD thing). Beautiful acceleration. The only problem we had was with the fact that the car will adjust the speed depending on the cars around it (or something like that), but it only happened when cruise control was on. It was overall a very nice car and we are actually planning on purchasing one soon.

My 2021 highlander L I paid $27k @ 44k miles ih for it after 2 years taking it through ell & adding 50k miles (92k miles currently) im impressed by its 300 hp 3.4L engine but learned how important changing all fluild begor it starts to making noise and problems. I think as long as you change all fluids at by or before 90 k miles as milage it will continue to goFor 300,000 miles crossed finger . The dealer offered me 19k to trade in at this stage. Toyota value unmatched. I want the new twin turbo 3.5 they just added

After searching online for several weeks, they had just the car I was looking for (a used, one year old certified Toyota) and their pricing was competitive and upfront. The whole process took only about one and a half hours to complete (very fast) and they washed the car and filled the tank with gas before handing over the keys. Overall, a great experience. My wife asked me to assist her with buying a car on 11/20/2019. After leaving another dealership in the area we decided to give Annapolis Honda a chance to earn our business. I contacted the dealership by phone and spoke to Anne Marie. I asked her could she confirm a particular CPO White Civic EX was still available? She seemed eager and willing to do everything she could, even walk outside to verify the car was on the lot. I really appreciated her willing to go the extra step before we drove 30 miles to the dealership. I felt this was going to be a much better experience than what we were currently dealing with at another local Honda dealer. We arrived at the dealership and Anne Marie was waiting for us. She informed us the car was being brought up and we could get processed to take a test drive. Anne Marie is a Pro. She was very knowledgeable about the car we chose. She was able to answer every question my wife had and made us both feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
