Landon is a great guy. We purchased a new Sienna and a new Camry from him this year. Both transactions were flawless and Landon got us a great deal on both cars.
He always delivers and his customer service is great. We travel from Modesto to Tracy to purchase our cars from Tracy Toyota. The dealership is clean and they have a great selection of vehicles.

This was my first time having to go to this Service department since this is my first Acura. First of all I want to let you know that Yves Vrnoga who wrote up my order was very professional and extremely helpful. My service was to pick up my key number 1. I had no idea that this takes around 90 minutes because of programming. I was so greatful that they drove me somewhere where I could wait and did some errands. even though there was a mix up and I have to return for key I highly recommend this service department. They took care of me. The only drawback is I live in Brentwood and have to return.
My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.
The service is great! The online tool to schedule does not update the service records at Concord Toyota. Recommend that it not be used and call the service there. I have used it twice and been told I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still do the service.
I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
I took my Toyota Prius for maintenance here and was helped by Octavio Rubio. He was very helpful through my process and directed me to the customer lounge to wait while my car was being worked on. The service people were very friendly here and I will definitely come back here to get maintenance on my car again!
Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.
We have two TOYOTA Prius and we really recommend this wonderful dealership to bring the cars to the service; we know almost everyone in this dealership; but we have preference with Tony Aguirre , who take care ours cars likes his own car, thanks Toyota Palo Alto for be part of my family.
If you do choose to look for your future automotive purchase at Toyota Sunnyvale, look for Adela. She was extremely helpful and kind and immediately put myself and my girlfriend at ease. Nothing like the "shark" reputation you might expect from dealership sales people. Be warned however, as the finance team is not the same. Let Adela help you discover a vehicle but be ready for the next step; dealing with the finance team will be just as difficult as you might expect.
It started when i had my toyota RAV 4 serviced for maintenance last June. Said Abbas approaced me while i was waiting in the libby asking what car i am interested with. I told him my plan is this coming Dec. since then he sends me emails about price reduction of new model RAV 4 on July 4th. After receiving 4 emails from him, i asked my sons to bcome with me to see less expensivecar. We 1st went to toyota city but Said was always texting or sending me emails so we decided to go to Palo Alto. After drive test of RAV 4, he mentioned the CHR and we drive test also until we decide to get CHR. In the buying process. Said is so patient in assisting us and introduced us to Alex who is also a supportive gentleman. The finance manager also was patiently doing the paperwork ang making the waiting time a good one. Sales service is good, hopefully, after sales service must be the same.
Makan was very helpful, explained everything and it didn't take forever which was great. He called me when the car was ready and had me out the door asap - great service!
