Very pleasant and helpful. Curtious , patient, and a place I’d like to do business at, if I could travel to the Minneapolis area. Unfortunately it didn’t work out. I was able to purchase locally. 150 miles closer. Would consider purchasing in the future. Thank you!

Luis was who I worked with. He saw me pulling in. I saw him see me pulling in with my long box lol he knew what was up. It’s nice when you mesh well with a sales person. I was hoping for that on the ride there. Luis was great! Listened to what I needed and a bonus for a cool color he knew I liked!! I will be using these guys and Luis again. Thank you!!!

Rudy Luther Toyota review
The staff at the Golden Valley location left me speechless. This is my second car that I bought from Rudy Luther Golden Valley and the customer service is beyond amazing. I take my car there for oil change and any other maintenance that I need done and I always leave the shop/store feeling complete but On Friday, April 24 was different. I contacted the shop that morning in regards to my cars under trey dragging when I was driving my car that I discovered day before. I explained this to Cameron A (2115) an advisor of Rudy Luther Toyota. I explained why I was calling and also explained what I found out (this can happen when getting an oil change- which I had just had done) before I called. Cameron listened to me, and was empathetic about the situation. He asked me if he could call me back in 15 min because he needed to consult with his manager, Mia. I told him “ok” & waited for him to call me back. Ten minutes later Cameron called me back and said “bring your car in and we will re-attach the under trey”, I responded “really? Wow thank you.” And then I thought, I can’t drive it because the under trey will drag and I don’t want it to be ruined. I asked Cameron that question, he told me that someone can come over to my place right now & zip tie the trey enough for me to drive my car over to the shop which I was ok with. Fast forward- I drive my car over to the shop and am met by an employee by the name of Tra who helped check my car in. I was asked if I was going to wait while my car gets worked on or do I need to get home. I said “yes, I needed to get home” & asked “how much does it cost to rent a car while the car is worked on?” & Cameron said “don’t worry- there isn’t a charge”, so I said “I’ll take the rental car”. An hour later I receive a text with a video from the mechanic working on my car and he showed me in the video where exactly the oil comes out for when I had my oil change and the under tray doesn’t need to be removed. My original thought that the oil change I just had done by RL Toyota is why this happened couldn’t be the case. I have know idea how it happened, but I do know is Cameron took care of me yesterday. I am so grateful for him and his kindness. Cameron-Thank you from the bottom (& the top too) of my heart for your help with my car yesterday. Words can not describe how thankful I am.

My experience with Scott Smith with Rudy Luther Toyota was top notch!! He was informative, helpful, and an overall great salesperson! The only reason we have not purchased our vehicle yet is because they are not in stock (anywhere in the metro). We got on the wait list and will be completing our purchase once it arrives.

Rudy Luther Toyota review
We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. Excellent experience all around with Rudy Luther!

I had a great experience with Maplewood Toyota. I purchased a pre-driven car that I found on your website. I had help from Bailey over the phone, then Taylor and AJ in person. The experience was great! I was dreading purchasing a car as my previous experiences have not been smooth. This was an absolute reversal of my previous purchases. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind are the words that I would use to describe Taylor and AJ. Thank you for reaffirming my faith in people who know what it takes to make a customer happy!

Purchased a new 2024 Toyota GR Corolla from Rudy Luther. This was a positive experience. I knew there was little chance to go slow MSRP on a new Circuit Edition, but the dealership did not ask for more than MSRP, and have me a fair price for my 2014 Prius. Good transaction.

I had gone in for a mileage checkup and oil change. I didn’t want to hang around for the recommended brake work, so they gave me a free loaner car. It was a hybrid and I thought it wouldn’t start, but it was just super, super quiet!!

We’re so grateful for Stephen’s help after we lost our car in an accident. During a stressful time, he showed us genuine kindness and gave us his full time and attention. He took the time to research options and help us locate a new car that would fit our needs. We truly appreciated his patience, care, and dedication throughout the process. We highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a thoughtful, attentive salesperson.

Hosmer ToyotaReviews
Hosmer Toyota review
Our Toyota was totaled and we needed a new car. Tony Berger was our Sales Representative. We drove 3 vehicles and Tony walked us through the features as well as differences between each style. We found the perfect car! He discussed prices, value of different features and saved us some money with a nice Rebate. We hadn't bought a new car in 10 years. With Tony's help, we were able to purchase a new car in a little over an hour. The process was seamless and everyone from Tony to Tammy were so wonderful to us. We picked up our car and Tony walked us through the features and we couldn't be happier. Tony left me a message saying my license plants were in. I drove to the dealership and Tony brought my plates out, installed them and he even programed my cell phone numbers into the system. We highly recommend Hosmer Toyota and don't forget to ask for Tony Berger, He is the Best!

Went in for a 2013 Nissan rogue, left with a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. With no co signer barley any credit. They worked with me until they got me a safer vehicle for my son and I. They worked fast and were extremely friendly. I will be recommending people here to buy a vehicle. Overall the best experience I had buying a car

Cory assisted me in purchasing a 2022 Highlander and he was great to work with. I was lucky he found me the exact model in their inventory and the whole process took less than 2 days. Cory was very knowledgeable and offered valuable suggestions along the way! Also, Bob Loreno was a valuable addition to my little team with his knowledge of the finance side (;-))

Our salesperson, Austin Glad, was awesome! The buying experience was great and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The auto market is crazy right now, but we felt we paid a fair price and got a good value in the vehicle we chose. Would highly recommend Austin and Kolar!
