I returned here recently in search of a car. Kevin communicated with me via email and we worked out numbers that way which was a dream come true. Instead of the pushy dealership tactics of normal he was very frank and accommodating in helping me reach a deal. We drove in at about 5pm of a Friday and drove out with a nicely polished and waxed car in one hour. The buying process was so quick and not aggressive since they don't push all those extras on to the buyer. Even my wife was shocked at how quick everything went. They even filled up the tank before we left which was an extra special touch we weren't expecting. Will definitely be back!
I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
I took my Toyota Prius for maintenance here and was helped by Octavio Rubio. He was very helpful through my process and directed me to the customer lounge to wait while my car was being worked on. The service people were very friendly here and I will definitely come back here to get maintenance on my car again!

We recently purchased a used car and everyone was very helpful in the approval process. We did have to inconveniently come back a couple times for paperwork but as long as they kept us in good communication, which they did, everything was fine. Pasha sold us the car and Zack helped us finance it. They were both great.
Went in for an oil change and free multi point inspection. I received the inspection report at the end and everything checked out. However, I know for a fact that I came in with my windshield washer fluid light on and it came back on while I was on the road. Their report said that all fluids (including the washer fluid) level was good. If they made this up, not sure what else they made up on the report.
Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.
If you do choose to look for your future automotive purchase at Toyota Sunnyvale, look for Adela. She was extremely helpful and kind and immediately put myself and my girlfriend at ease. Nothing like the "shark" reputation you might expect from dealership sales people. Be warned however, as the finance team is not the same. Let Adela help you discover a vehicle but be ready for the next step; dealing with the finance team will be just as difficult as you might expect.
Adam Esquivel at Toyota was very helpful and friendly as he explained to me in detail about the next scheduled dates for maintenance check and oil change. He directed me to wait at the customer lounge that had a friendly atmosphere. Adam took the time to answer additional questions about my truck after the maintenance check. Adam is committed in helping customers to the best of his ability.
Seemed to me the alignment was on sale recently. So I mentioned that and there was no quibbling. The guy adjusted the price down to that level immediately. He was trying to please me, and he succeeded. They also made sure I did not miss the shuttle. Plus brought to my attention the oil change due in a couple hundred miles which saved me a trip to Service in the immediate future by doing it now. I felt well taken care of.
I had my 2012 Corolla LE receive the 15K maintenance service on 5/19/2016 and was very satisfied with service advisor Gabriel Garcia. He called to tell me the car was ready when he told me he would. He was pleasant to talk with and I appreciated his attitude and service.
