Falmouth Toyota review
I appreciate the low pressure and honesty of this dealership! I was really taken advantage of by a different local Toyota dealer and refuse to do business them anymore. So, I called Falmouth Toyota to see if there was any way they could help get me out of my bad lease and into the vehicle I had originally wanted. They were quick to respond and gave me honest information. Unfortunately, I am stuck with my vehicle for another year or so but I am really looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Falmouth Toyota! Based on communications I have had with them about my situation, I am confident that I will be well taken care of. We look forward to visiting them soon for a car for my teenage daughter and then for me when my lease is up!!

The people at the service dept were great. The issue is after my service I have been being pestered by text and emails to take surveys and reviews non stop. Very frustrating! For that reason alone I may find a different place for service. I get at least 2 text a day since I got the service, there is no reason for that.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

Sullivan Brothers Toyota review
I recently purchased a vehicle from this Toyota dealership, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the entire team demonstrated the utmost professionalism, transparency, and dedication to customer satisfaction. The sales staff was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and guide me through the available options without any high-pressure sales tactics. They listened carefully to my preferences and helped me find the perfect vehicle that fit both my needs and budget. The financing process was equally impressive—efficient, straightforward, and clearly explained at every step. The dealership’s commitment to excellence and clear communication made what is typically a stressful process entirely seamless and enjoyable. If you are looking for a trustworthy dealership with outstanding service and a premium selection of vehicles, look no further. I am thrilled with my new Toyota and will certainly return for my future automotive needs.
