Pleasant experience. I was with her, but my 18 year old daughter was actually doing the buying. The salesman "Will" treated her like any older customer, asking what she was looking for and listening to her. He did take the time to explain to her things about financing that most 18 year old people would not know. I was glad to see them talking to her and not to me (Dad). They were able to get her financing for here very nice, pre-owned car. The interest rated of course was a bit high, but I told her to build her credit for another year or so and refinance for a better rate. Unlike some other dealers, I was able to negotiate a bit on price, but it was the best price within 200 miles on that vehicle. I drove almost 2 hours to get there, but felt it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my friends.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. INCREDIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE! The negative reviews I've read here are the polar opposite of my experience! Warm, welcoming environment! VERY friendly staff! Justin ( Sales consultant) was an absolute 10 in terms of professionalism. Matt ( Finance Manager) was the most down to earth, genuine guy I've ever met in finance. I drove all the way from North Canton to purchase my New Toyota, and wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again. My last Toyota had 260,000 miles on it, and I'm sure this one will not disappoint me either. You simply CANNOT GO WRONG with a Toyota, and you CANNOT GO WRONG with purchasing one from this Dealership. Lastly, I noticed quite a few people who have left negative reviews regarding Used car purchases. Words of advice: It's a USED Car!!!! Want peace of mind??? Spend a little extra, and GET A WARRANTY! If you think this dealership wants to sell you a used car that they know is going to be giving you trouble down the road, then you're sorely mistaken. Sure, they are going to want you to purchase an extended warranty. And YES they are going to make money on that warranty! They should! Like any business, they are in business to MAKE MONEY. My personal experience was fantastic from start to finish. The best buying experience is one in which BOTH parties walk away happy. I certainly did.
