Brought in my newly purchased 2017 Prius (DeLuca Vehicle was demo but purchased at another site) for regular service. Additionally inquired about an extended warranty. I was assisted by Brie Cohen in Service and Adam Phelps in the Finance Department. Brie was excellent, explained what was covered under the 24M mile warranty and told me that I was covered at no cost for what I was doing that day. I was pleasantly surprised as I had expected to pay for service. She then did a hand off to Adam for the warranty (giving me a tour of the facility on the way). Afterwards, when my car was ready she went with me to the car and showed me some things since the car did not come with a owners manual. In addition, Adam made the warranty process effortless, explaining all my options and coverage's. I purchased an extended warranty and maintenance plan. I had every intention to buy that day and never felt pressured. Adam was pleasant to work with, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. All in all, a great customer experience.
We were welcomed by several people when we arrived at the dealership. Ours salesperson, Frank, gave us his undivided attention from the time we met until we drove away in our new accord. We asked him to take us on test drives in the Civic and the Accord and he was very happy to do this. He answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Frank without reservation.

My wife and i decided to just ???drop in??? and look around. We were greeted by Jeff Hill and immediately felt as ease. I served 25 years in the Marine Corps and have had my fair share of ???salesmen???. Jeff Hill was cut from a different cloth. His friendliness and no pressure sales had us convinced that this place is the place to buy. We came back later that night and approached by Roy Perez (who was also phenomenal). Decided to come back the next day, Jeff Hill wasn???t available but Rich Wood took amazing care us for the remainder of our purchase. I introduced myself to the GM Tony LaPuma and it was clear that he???s obviously running a tight ship. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to shop here. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and I have to say I had an amazing experience! My sales consultant was Chaz McCord, he was very honest and polite and extremely helpful with this whole process I drove off in the 2017 Chevy equinox the next day after coming by to look at it!!! I was on my way down to the Florida Keys from Traverse City Mi to live for six months, when in northern Michigan 80 miles from my home I hit a deer and totaled my car.
I rented a car up there and throw it down to the villages Florida. The next day I went car shopping. The first place I stopped was Phillips. I was in the parking lot and Steve came up on a call from Garth. I swear he was like a friend of mine when I met him. I trusted him.

I needed to get a car that I could afford and Billy Mason surpassed any expectations I had. I was presented with a very affordable 2013 Toyota Camry with low miles and excellent condition which I am now the proud owner of. The entire process was quick and professional.
Was just out and about checking into Subaru after reading consumer reports, Steven greeted me and was a big help in me deciding what I want to do. He answered all my questions and was not pushy like so many other sales man. I haven't decided what to buy just yet, but when I'm ready I'll be buying from Steven at Bill Bryan Subaru.
After meeting Jack Jackson at the new car show at Sumter Landing in The Villages, I went to Phillips Toyota to drive a RAV4 and to talk with him about leasing one. Jack explained the safety features of the RAV4 as we took a test drive. He's very knowledgeable about the RAV4 and told me about free maintenance during my lease, roadside assistance and lifetime powertrain warranty. Jack worked out a really great deal which allowed me to drive home the same day in a beautiful new red Toyota RAV4! WOW!
I salesman, Sam Thomas was excellent and very helpful. Our finance was very good and even made our financing of our new car a pleasent experience
