Crafts Cars review
My husband and I set up an appointment to drive a car and fell in love with my new used Subaru. Doug was extremely helpful and easy to work with, printing out carfax reports before we got there. No pressure, just honest answers. We got a great price and they even helped us deal with a Subaru recall issue that occurred a few days later. We will definitely be back!

Groove ToyotaReviews
Groove Toyota review
I was car shopping for a few months and found a pre-owned SUV at Groove Toyota. I called the dealership and salesman, Daniel Bailey answered. We set a time in an hour and when I arrived Daniel had both SUVs I inquired about, up front, washed/detailed and ready to test drive. First, I hate going to car dealerships and it's a stressful situation I try to avoid but Daniel made it a pleasurable experience. I've been in sales for over 26 years and I appreciate a good salesperson who doesn't make you feel like you're just a # or that is overly aggressive. Daniel asked great questions up front to ensure he was providing good service and not wasting my time. He cared about what I was looking for and what was important to me. I felt like he was listening and seeking to understand vs just selling me. I really appreciated that. I left that afternoon, torn on what I was going to do, as I had a couple of SUVs I was interested in at other dealerships, but in the end I came back to Groove Toyota because of Daniel. We made the sale on a busy Saturday and he stuck by my side through the entire process, which included me trading in my truck. To the management at Groove, you may have 80+ salespeople fighting for a sale, but it's the ones like Daniel who build loyalty out of customers like me by treating people with respect. Daniel represents your dealership with integrity and character, and these are qualities you just can't teach, but should appreciate.

This car is just what we needed! Lots of space and leg room. Not much “trunk” space and pretty terrible gas mileage, but we knew what we were getting and get that the benefits outweighed those 2 issues.

Woody Anderson Ford review
For Woody Anderson Ford, Anthony Fields, Lee, Daven Tenenbaum, Aaron Looney (if I left anyone out +5). I was headed out on a trip from Woodbury TN and ended up with car problem that was urgent. I made it to Woody Anderson Ford Huntsville, AL. The staff was helpful, kind, went above and beyond assisting me. I ended up trading my car. If you are looking for a trade or to buy see this dealership! I will add I have health issued and I didn't need to be in heat and all. They saved me, even offered to feed me with their staff. I hope you all see this and thank you. Many blessings. dlc 8/16/25

Juwal, Travis and financing or seamless and didn’t harass us to add add-ons because I told what my budget was upfront and when I needed the car to do and they found that car and they made it fit my budget and I’m talking about cash budget out the door cause I don’t do car payments They are lovely lovely people they’ve called to check on the car and me and my daughter because we need the car for the safety features because of our medical issues this dealership treats you as though you are family which is greatly appreciated in a really cruel world.

Durham's Auto MartReviews
Durham's Auto Mart review
On 3/3/2025 I began a search for a Nissan 370Z. I began my search in Raleigh which was unsuccessful. So, I saw a listing in Durham at Durham Auto Mart. I called and spoke with Jason Chambers. He told me to come out and view the car in person, which I did. He was so professional and he made sure that I was well taken care of. The bottom line is that he got the deal done and it was done and basically at the terms I needed. Awesome place to purchase, Great customer service. Thank you all!

I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Blazer RS from Fred Ferrese, and once again, he delivered an exceptional experience. I have bought several cars from Fred over the years, and he remains the absolute best in the business. Fred is incredibly thorough when it comes to breaking down the purchase details, ensuring there are never any surprises. He takes the time to clearly explain everything the dealership offers for long-term service, so I always leave feeling completely confident in my investment. What I appreciate most is his ongoing dedication?he is always available to help whenever I have questions, even long after the sale is finalized.
