He took the time to walk me through everything, answer my questions, and made the final part of the purchase process smooth and easy. I gave 5 stars for customer service due to Fabian in the service dept. After picking up the car they told me I had to go to the service dept to get a screen reprogrammed. I was a little upset because it?s a brand new car and I already have to have it serviced? Fabian fixed it right away and took 15 min of his time to help explain all the buttons and screens. I was very happy because the first guy took all of 10 min programming my phone with little help w all the panels. Also Abdulla our salesperson was fantastic!

I bought my new Grand Highlander HB, and I had a very good experience with the salesperson, Saiyan, and his manager. We even shook hands, which is a plus because car dealership managers are usually “hiding.” 😄 When it came to dealing with the person in finance, the experience was okay, mainly because he was very persistent about selling me additional services, which I had to decline many times. After many attempts to sell me something, I ended up buying the ToyotaCare+ service. The price went from around $2,000 down to $1,000, with an additional $55 in tax. You’ve got to be kidding me! Kkkkk.
