Really great place. If you're buying a bZ, there's a guy there named Joshua who has one and is fairly knowledgeable to help get you started. Johnny and Andrew were the ones who handled my sale and were phenomenal to work with. Pricing is pretty good and the deal didn't take as long as it would elsewhere to get where I wanted to be. My only issue is with the lobby of the dealership. The overwhelming new tire and new car smell is a bit much. Also the air conditioning needs to be kicked up a notch or get better ventilation. That may help with the smell. Or maybe not have vehicles with massive tires in there? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I wanted to pay cash for the car, but they talked me into financing by saying no interest would be charged if I paid it off as soon as I got the statement. Well I got the statement on 4/17/26. I called Fifth Third bank on that same day to initiate payoff. The processed the pay off but I was charged almost $400 interest because the interest starts accruing the day the loan is approved. I was upset about this because I was told no interest would be charged. Warning to others who intend to pay cash for your vehicle. Don?t let them talk you into financing!!!

I arrived a few hours before closing and he and Genevieve the finance manager both gad ti stay late but both had a laud back non intimidating attitude and demeanor. (Joe the mechanic)They both Gave me a thorough explanation of the problem, which I thought was unique. Of course, they could have told me anything like “ Hey you need a new Johnson rod” I would have probably said ok. It was my second visit to Gettle service overall excellent experience.
