We found the vehicle that we wanted and went on a test drive. We were sold by at the point we sat down to talk numbers. Within 10 minutes of talking we had settled on pricing we thought was great. The rest of the process took very little time. We left the dealership with the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and having had a very positive experience. Sales rep Nathan Scott listened to what I wanted in a car, and showed a number of different models and options. This was a major purchase for me, one I had not made for a couple of decades. I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. I was happy with the service.
I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from Folsom lake Honda and also had all 4 vehicles serviced here as well. Every visit my experience has been amazing. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car. This place is great, honestly if your looking for a car you need to go see them you won’t be disappointed.
I’ve been bringing my cars to Folsom Lake Toyota for nearly 13 years. The repair counselors always review the maintenance report with me and let me know if any maintenance will be required in the coming weeks/months, the facilities are always clean and comfortable, and the service is usually pretty quick. I’ve found that it is better to wait onsite for the car. Also, appointments fill up quickly (and can be made online) so expect to schedule at least a week or two out.
It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well.
During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening.
The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.
Our Salesman Mike McCann was AWESOME! He made sure our Truck buying experience was a good one. He knows what he is doing! We got the Ford F-150 XLT SUPERCREW CAB 4X4 and LOVE IT! Our drive from Stockton was well worth it! We will definitely be back when ready for another car!
Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and take care of even the little things that need being done. They give you a time frame for the work and meet it. If anything comes up they explain what was found and the options available to fix it.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service.
