Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.
I had an excellent experience finding a new car. Brian helped me find the perfect car (Kia Forte S) and made the process easy and stress free. The dealership is absolutely beautiful and everyone was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in. Once I got my new car, Brian took the time to help me sync my phone, review key features and make sure I was happy with everything before I left. Jean-Claude and Brian made the process of trading in my lease extremely easy and made transferring my information to the new car seamless. I would recommend Brian and Burlington Kia to everyone looking for a new or used car. The new Kia models are fantastic and I am in love with my new Kia Forte!

I was looking for a specialized vehicle that could tow horse trailers and yet provide comfort and style. I went to the dealership closest to the house and was hooked on the Armada from the moment Jimmy showed us one on the lot. We then requested a very specific color/interior scheme and they found the car that day and we were driving by the end of the day with a great deal. Jimmy, Ishon and the entire team made it easy and the experience was very positive. My wife LOVES the SUV, the technology onboard is phenomenal and the seats are the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in.
I???ve been a customer of Miller Ford for around 10 years and have always been very happy with them for both Sales and Service! Today, I traded my Edge in for a new one and worked with Randy. He was very personable and attentive to helping me find exactly what I wanted and he was a pleasure to work with! Mike helped finish the financing process answering all of my questions. We are a family that leases cars, and had a long standing relationship with another Honda dealer. We went to Conicelli Honda for convenience but will will go back for our next car! Both sales and financing were professional and helpful!
Went to murray Kia after spending 5 hours at another local Kia. Alex and Roger were absolutely amazing. I called with the current deal I got and alex promised me he would get the price I wanted over the phone which led me to coming out to the dealer. I got to murray and I was already assigned to Roger from an online inquiry I made a few days before so Alex switched me to him which speaks wonders for his integrity as a coworker and as a person to give away a sale. (kudos for that alex) Roger was outstanding. He ensured me that he would get me the price the other dealer wouldnt and made me and my wife feel right at home. We purchased the Kia sorento sx and did not feel the least bit unsure about the purchase. Murray Kia is nothing but professional and courteous and really makes you feel appreciated.

Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
AMAZING SERVICE AT TOYOTA OF TURNERSVILLE!!!! I went to lease my very first car and they were incredible with me!! I HIGHLY recommend Mok Kobeissi for your sales manager!! Request him if possible!! I was a recent college graduate and he helped me get a price that was affordable for me!! He did not try to trick me into anything, he was very straight forward and very clear with any question I had!! He was INCREDIBLE! I even went back to hand in paperwork the next day and he immediately recognized me and greeted me, super respectful and truly cares about your experience! As far as a financial service manager I HIGHLY recommend Blake Canuso!! He thoroughly explained every document I was signing and was patient with me as I read each one. He made the process quick but not rushed! I am extremely happy and thankful for my experience at Toyota of Turnersville and I will most definitely be back when my lease is up! We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
