After visiting a few dealers and test driving some cars, we settled in at #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson which made us feel at home. From the very beginning, Ron Gardner and his associate Patti made us feel at home. Their knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. Both went out of their way to work with us on getting a car that met out needs and stay within our budget. Ron was very clear in presenting all available incentives that were being offered and even went a step beyond in getting us the price we were willing to pay. We ended up leasing a Cadenza that is just beautiful in all aspects from styling to performance and loaded options. This car buying experience was the best I've had in many years. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016 Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.
Mitch was very helpful and provided all information I requested. In my opinion he went beyond expectations since I had not bought a new car in over 13 years. In addition he was very patient and paid attention to all my questions.

NICK was my salesman. I would recommend him all the time. Work with me taking the time to explain everything also going over all the tricks and new stuff the vehicle is capable of doing with it being a new 19 tundra.
Basically made a deal over the phone, even my trade which needed a major repair. He encouraged me not to have the repair done and gave me the most of any other dealers for my trade! When i got there, over 90 miles away, there was no surprises! He knew where I needed to be with my payment and that is the payment that I received. Very friendly staff. The car was even better than I expected! This is a dealer that is truly there for the customer. If you are looking for a vehicle, give them a try!!
Like for many people, visiting a car dealership to shop for a vehicle can be intimidating. But the folks at Bill Gray are thankfully different. From my first visit to my fifth, my experience was outstanding. From the front desk, to the sale associate, to the finance person , everyone was affable and pleasant. I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.
We arrived at a very busy dealership on Black Friday, expecting a long wait. Immediately, we were greeted by the sales manager and within a few minutes Kitty introduced herself and we were test driving a vehicle. We were treated fairly and the whole team provided exceptional and professional service.
