We have been buying from John for years. He has made our experience with Grogan a pleasure and will not purchase anywhere else. The accounting department was ready for us when we came in and made things quick. We have never experienced any issues and don???t intend to based on the level of service Grogans employees provide. I drove down from Metro Detroit to check out a 2012 Subaru Outback. Having had a local family member check out the car beforehand, I was impressed with what I saw. Fitz was very accommodating and let me take my time with the test drive, getting the car inspected by a mechanic of my choice, and even taking it to grab lunch after a long morning. Negotiating was very straightforward and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or given the run-around, which is something I have experienced at other dealers. Fitz even helped me move all of the junk in my trade-in's trunk to the new vehicle! My only complaint was that the detail job and wash done before hand left some mud and gunk under the vehicle, but overall I was very happy to have purchased my new vehicle at Yark.

I scheduled an appointment for my car service. When I arrived, I was asked if there were any other concerns besides what I booked the appointment for. I mentioned and saw the guy take notes. After about 1.5 hours, someone walks up to me says I need a new battery and change air filter. But no mention of my other concern. Finally after waiting for 3 hours they gave me my car back. But my concern with the car was never addressed. When I asked why? I was told they did not have enough technicians. But they had those technicians to work on other things on my car? Why do you overbook, if you know how many technicians are available for that day? It???s not like 10 technicians called out sick the same day.
Tenley Reid was fantastic to work with. Her customer service was exceptional and she made this process so easy for us. We were able to confidentially buy a car without even stepping foot into the dealership and what a convenience it was to have the car delivered to us.
Keith helped take care of issues covered under extended manufacturer warranty and got me a loaner car for my every day need. The work was done satisfactorily and I Hope Jimwhite will keep the prices low compared to other dealerships and services quality higher!

Mo Zareef was a great sales consultant. Super calm during negotiations, explained everything well. No high pressure sales. We had been to the dealership several times before just browsing and never felt pressured into anything. Mo really went above and beyond, even explained delivery of the vehicle. LEXUS OF TOLEDO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I LIVE IN CLEVELAND AND DID NOT GET THIS TYPE OF EXCELLENT SERVICE. I DID BUY A LEXUS 350ES AND BROUGHT IT HOME TODAY. THE SALESMAN WAS SCOTT. I DID ALOT OF E-MAILS AND RESEARCH ON THE CAR FIRST, ONLINE AND BASICALLY NEGOCIATED ONLINE. I ALSO HAD A TRADE-IN AND THEY WERE VERY FAIR WITH IT. I AM ORIGINALLY FROM THE TOLEDO AREA AND HAVE MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY LIVING THERE, I WILL DEFINEATELY PASS WITH WORD. I GIVE THEM A 5 STAR.
