Jeff is very knowledgeable about the many cars that we looked at and helped us with the process of picking out the best vehicle for our family.

Mr. Nathaniel Oyamada assisted us as the sale representative and it’s just because of this gentleman who was soooo friendly and informative the process went on very smooth. He also took care of the post sale assistance by making a customized video explaining the features of the Highlander XLE we bought. Top notch everything from Clint Phillips and the rest of the Smart Toyota Staff. They had John go through every part of the new car from trunk to interior. Finance "guy" John was excellent to deal with on the details. I had an excellent experience. They sent Green Cab 30 miles away to pick me up and bring me to the Dealership. Above and beyond in all phases.
Made a "smart" move 10 years ago and keep going back! Clint Phillips is personable, professional, and knowledgable. He communicated well with me and worked hard, but did not pressure. He has continued to earn my business.
Trevor was honest and friendly the whole buying process. However when it came to trying to sell me the extended warranty and other options he was very very high pressure. It made me uncomfortable at times with this high pressure sale technique. He wouldn't take 15 no's for an answer. These products must be highly profitable for the salesperson and owner. Buyer be aware of that.
It was my first time buying a car, and as a student I was looking for something good and reliable but also affordable. Stark on the Beltline had really good prices and their service was great. I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.
