I emailed them with a question about a vehicle in stock and they responded very quickly with the info I requested. They were straight forward with the response and did not attempt to "sell" me on anything.
This is my second Certified Used Cadillac from Schepel and I couldn't be happier! I was already familiar with the dealership, but I can never get over the lengths they go to to treat their customers well. Recently I used Cadillac Roadside Assistance, and that was as professional as all their services at the dealership are. And it certainly makes a lone driver feel safe on the roads.
My salesman, Aaron Shaps, was outstanding. He answered every question and made sure that we understood his answers. If it weren't for him, I feel confident to say that I would not have purchased my car from Christensen Chevrolet.
I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). Took car in for oil change appointment. The Service Department was friendly and made sure to have all my contact information as I was leaving the car and returning home. I was called on house and my cell phone when the work was done and found a clean car waiting for me to pick up.
This is the SECOND auto we have purchased from Christenson Chevy. Cindy sold me my 2018 Equinox LT this summer and we came back to Cindy to buy a Chevy Trax 2018 for my husband. Great lady to deal with and good dealership. We will be back for future purchases. Thank you.............
I have always been pleased with the service department at Christenson Chevrolet. I came to Christenson's service department due to my radio loosing communication. I did not have an appointment, so I wasn't sure if they could take me. Service Advisor Benito Rosario was very kind, polite and professional in handling my service issue. He got me right in, and as I was also due soon for an oil change as well, Benito told me that this was not a problem. Not only did they reset the communication to my radio, but my oil was changed, tires rotated, and an overall inspection of my vehicle was performed. All within an hour and a half. Great job Benito and Christenson Chevrolet!
Even though there were a lot of other cars being serviced at the same time as mine, I was in and out quickly and the cost was reasonable.
