Bought a 2022 Honda Civic Sport for my nephew. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My nephew totaled his 2020 Hyundai Kona and said he’d like a Honda Civic. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Agee who couldn’t be more helpful or nice along with his manager Shelly. Rob has been with this dealership since 2009 and Shelly for 32 years. I own a funeral home and have purchased numerous cars through the years and never have I had this level of service. Lockhart Cadillac needs to take note. I let them know that I wanted to purchase a car for my nephews Christmas present. When we picked up the car, they had it in the show room with a big green bow on it. Made my nephew feel important and really rolled out the red carpet for us. They are first class people who know their product. In all the years I’ve bought Cadillacs, I rarely find the same salesperson when I go back. Ed Martin must take care of their people as Rob and Shelly both have many years at this dealership. 2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Too often you go to a car dealership with feeling like the vultures are descending upon you. When I arrived at the dealership no one came out to hassle me while I was looking. When we were done looking a salesman did approach us. His name was Neal Graham. Neal was warm, friendly and attentive. My father-in -law was with me as he himself had purchased a brand new Toyota just two years ago at this very dealership. He was right to recommend them to me. He would later say " How did you feel about your experience today"? I said " That's a dealership that gets it." Ed Martin Toyota is just simply the best dealership in Indiana. While I am ringing their bell the finance did a remarkable job explaining everything to us. Thanks Sam! There are very few places anymore that can bring you "The A game" in customer service. 2016 Toyota Sienna review
I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased a 2017 Cadillac ATS from Capitol City Ford Greenfield on 10/9/24. My salesman JD was excellent. We messaged on line about the vehicle and had settled on a price before I came in for a test drive. I made the purchase and completed the paperwork just before they closed for the day. I drove the car about 3 miles from the dealership and it started vibrating in the rear right wheel area. I was able to reach JD on his personal phone and he had me bring the car back and leave it for investigation the next morning. I was informed by the service manager the next day that it was a rear caliper that had locked up causing the vibration. They had to order the parts to repair it. I was notified early the next afternoon that the repair was complete and I could pick up the car. It was great to experience the quick response and professional help from all involved at Capitol City Ford. They were all great people to do business with. Thanks JD and coworkers for your help in getting me into my new (to me) Cadillac ATS.

2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.
