He walked me through every step of the fixes we intended to do, made sure I had all the info I needed and was incredibly kind and personable. Johnson Ford went above and beyond as they were able to take me home and get me back to the dealership via their shuttle despite me living outside of their normal shuttle area. Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear
Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear window washer blockage. Service tech found exhaust baffle blocked due to icing, heated and greased with great success. Tech also found washer fluid line blocked and frozen. This problem was also corrected. Tech performed a complete vehicle inspection as well. All service work was accomplished with no charge. The dealership also provided me with a brand new 2026 GLC courtesy car for the day. Five Star ⭐️ service including my time spent with Tom O’Connor my service advisor!
