We have bought many vehicles from this dealership and at least 4 of them from Kevin. You couldn’t ask for more thorough & complete work done to make the buy quick and easy. When Kevin says he will treat you like family, there’s no doubt that he does just that. He makes your visit with him enjoyable and at the same time an easy relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kevin. Thank you Kevin for your kindness & patience with us!

Craig Smith Chevrolet review
Our 2012 Dodge Ram truck was totaled in a roll over accident so we were looking for a new or used replacement. My husband had seen a truck he was interested in online at Craig Smith Chevrolet Buick. Our salesman, John Bird, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He guided us through the process of trying out and purchasing a 2019 Dodge Ram Hemi crew cab. We highly recommend checking out the vehicles available for purchase at Craig Smith in Galion and we also would suggest John Bird as your salesman.

Spitzer CJDR MansfieldReviews
Spitzer CJDR Mansfield review
After 4 months of looking for an suv, we found one. Although it was listed on Spitzer KIa, Mansfield the vehicle was acutally in North Canton, Ohio. We contacted Spitzer and they sent an employee to bring it to Mansfield. We made arrangements to test drive. Prior to this we had dealt with Anthony McQueen when looking a t a previous vehicle. He was the employee who we once again worked with and purchased from. We liked Anthonny as he so patient with me with questions asked. He was honest, not overbearing, and very thorough in showing us all the many functions of our Sportage. We like his attitude, friendliness and knowledge of things we asked about the suv. Anthony is a genuine person who cares about the buyer not just about making a sale. I hope he continues to grow with Spitzer. We will definitely ask for him in the future if looking for another vehicle.

Honestly I would give them 5 star if I didn't have Greg as a salesperson, the entire time Greg will just ignore you until you have to reach out to his boss who would likely come down on Greg and make him talk to me....YOU"RE xxx GROWN MAN acting like a 7 year old. So I bought a 2018 mazda6 and I love my car but the blind spot monitor went out or something like that so John the sales manager said to take it in and they'll pay for it. Super nice thing and I really appricated it since the mazda dealership by my said it would be an 1100 dollar fix meanwhile, Greg just ignored me because he believes that once the sale is done he no longer needs to talk to you keep in mind I drove 3.5 hours for this car. So long story short they actually send a driver to pick up my car and give me a loaner so they can get it fixed at a local mazda dealership (Probably to get it fixed at cost) I don't blame them one bit It's fine because they really were super nice minus Greg. So Greg finally text me because again John probably is yelling at him because he's busy being a manager hey your car is going to be fixed tuesday and you'll have it wednesday 7/29/2020 so 5 o' clock rolls around and I text greg "hey am I getting my car today." No sorry." I texted back So what happened is there a reason why?!? GREG JUST IGNORES MY CALL AND TEXT.....DUDE you have my car still just ignores me. So now I've gotta get John involved again and he actually gives me the updates....So long story short the problem came back so they took it back to get fixed. IF YOU GET GREG AS YOUR SALESPERSON WALK AWAY AND ASK TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE. I'M NOT SURE WHY MCDANIAL TOYOTA EVEN EMPLOYEES HIM IT'S A REALLY BAD LOOK FOR THEM AS A COMPANY. Everyone at this dealership is so freaking nice I came in hungover from Put in Bay for a bachelor party and they gave me water and ibuprofen like they're so nice...Greg told me the car had two keys and it only had one and gave me floor mat that isn't even for my car....Through all of the bad experiences with Greg everyone else is so nice so yes I do recommend them but I would honestly tell you to stay away if your salesperson is Greg if you have to wait trust me it'll be worth it not to have Greg as your salesperson but to buy a car from them because they will take care of you.

Fredericktown Chevrolet review
?????????? From start to finish, my Corvette E-Ray purchase at Fredy Chevy was nothing short of outstanding. Alanna Walsh went above and beyond to make the buying experience smooth, professional, and truly enjoyable. Her attention to detail, product knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction set the tone for the entire process. Robin Potts was also phenomenal, ensuring the finance side of things was handled efficiently and transparently. She explained every option clearly and made the process quick and hassle-free. Most importantly, the entire Fredy Chevy team worked together seamlessly, making me feel like more than just a customer?they treated me like family. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care made this an unforgettable experience. I couldn?t be happier with my new Corvette E-Ray or the team that helped put me behind the wheel. Fredy Chevy truly embodies Small Town Values, Big Time Care, and I will proudly recommend them to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Great fast experience. Entire process was done online and phone. Company even attempted to deliver car to my home, which was a relief . No one bid on delivery but the dealership decided to pay for my flight to come get car and my gas to drive car home.

Craig Smith Chevrolet review
We have bought many vehicles from this dealership and at least 4 of them from Kevin. You couldn’t ask for more thorough & complete work done to make the buy quick and easy. When Kevin says he will treat you like family, there’s no doubt that he does just that. He makes your visit with him enjoyable and at the same time an easy relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kevin. Thank you Kevin for your kindness & patience with us!
