Saw vehicle on the internet on a Sunday. Called and AMY answered. Based on her accurate information she invited us to the lot the same day. We drove 2.5 hours and test drove the Honda CR-Z. AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. Although I live on Long Island, I chose to bring my 2021 Corvette back to Executive (where I purchased it) for a minor problem. I was impressed with the service mgr.(Kevin) because he was concerned that the Vette was parked under a tree, and told an employee to move it so it wouldn't get soiled(sap). I was grateful that Jennifer was able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hours of me calling her. Mark was my service advisor and he was a pleasure to deal with- he took the time to explain to me the problem and the steps they took, and the phone calls they made to Chevrolet, to resolve the problem. When the repair was completed the Corvette tech. (Steve) parked the car off to the side where it would be "safe". Everybody that handled the car treated it with respect. Although it's almost a 300 mile roundtrip from my home, I will definitely use Executive for my scheduled services.

I previously left Executive Chevy a terrible review; I should note that the advisor who dropped the ball was NOT Steve in the Service Dept. He's actually right now trying to resolve this issue, which was unbeknownst to me. I believe in calling "xxxxx and strikes", and Steve is making an attempt to resolve which at this point is all we can ask for, as the previous Service Advisor did nothing. Understand there's a lot of red tape for him to deal with and we're keeping our fingers crossed he can work something out. I normally don't like to have to "MF" a business, but it was warranted because of past advisor ineptitude. Still not completely sold on Chevy's, but if Steve comes through it'll restore my faith in USA cars which I love, especially Chevy trucks.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

2024 Kia Carnival review
I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

2012 Honda Odyssey review
This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

2017 GMC Savana 2500 review
Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.
