I recently purchased a Ford Escape from Minnesota Truck Headquarters Brainerd, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Garrett, my salesperson, was incredibly helpful and made the process easy and enjoyable. Tim, the sales manager, and Tom in finance were also fantastic to work with. The entire team was fast, friendly, and never made me feel pressured. They offered a great price on my new car, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I’m absolutely loving my new Ford Escape and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Thank you, Minnesota Truck Headquarters Brainerd!

I would just like to thank Joe Erickson at Mills Honda for the exceptional customer service that I received when purchasing my 2016 Honda Pilot. He worked hard to get me exactly what I needed and wanted. My daughter wanted to purchase my trade in, and he was very helpful in making sure that the process went smoothly for all of us. We are both very happy with our new vehicles and thank everyone at Mills Honda for taking such good care of us throughout the whole process.

I requested a referral to a sales rep from a friend of mine - he referred me to Joe Erickson at Mills Honda. to this point in my search I have had what I consider terrible customer service from other used car dealers and was hesitant to meet yet another one. To my great relief I was introduced to Joe and Mills Honda. It was a great pleasure and would recommend Joe and Mills Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you again for the great experience!

Miltimore Motor Company review
This is my second vehicle I have purchased through Miltimore Motors. Both experiences were absolutely top notch. No pressure, extremely friendly and easy going. I have gotten to know the owner and son and they are polite and professional. I have no doubt I will buy another vehicle from them in the future. I would recommend them to anyone, mostly for one simple reason: I trust them and am treated fairly and with honesty. To me, thats the most important thing with a car buying experience.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Super great from sales to service. Very helpful to help select a great vehicle, and the service is top notch. I will buy again, and they service my vehicles. Super satisfied, and I count on them to do my family right!
2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

They were amazing! Great dealership from the communication, hospitality, pricing. All staff members were fabulous. I would highly recommend purchasing from them again. Tammy Stick, Fargo, ND
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
