2020 Volkswagen Arteon review
Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.

2021 Volkswagen Arteon review
Owner of a 2021 SEL-R Premium and I love this car. The tech is great. I had mine APR tuned and the drive isn’t noticeably better but still good. Definitely get the wheel/tire protection because these are known to not do so well in pothole season. Great mileage and the back seats are large enough for two adults no problem. I get tons of complements and questions. Great car. The premium level is worth the difference if you can find one.

After being totally uninspired with my ‘go to’ Japanese brands, I decided to test drive a VW Tiguan. I test drove one at another dealer but they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. I was searching online and spotted a Tiguan with the exact features/color I was looking for. It was marked down a significant amount as well. I emailed the dealer and received a phone call from Jonathan Scoggins who confirmed all the features over the phone. He also confirmed that the mark down was not a gimmick as it sometimes is. I came in and Jonathan and I talked for a while and went on a nice test drive. He is very knowledgeable about cars and the VW brand. He put my mind at ease (I’ve never had an VW) and the test drive was heavenly. I wasn’t quite ready to make a decision and wasn’t pressured to do so. A few days later I came in and made the trade. This dealership ended up offering more for my trade than any other! The trade value, vehicle discount and no gimmick approach made it a very pleasurable experience! 2020 Volkswagen Arteon review
WoW!!!. Volkswagen-Audi group did it again! They took the concept of the $70k-$90k Audi A7 sportback and developed it into a stylish (beauty of a car), hi tech, high performance Volkswagen. (Arteon SEL Premium). first class, high class.it has as much room as my old A6. Along with the awesome Arteon its pricing is more competitive than its cousin Audi A-5 (which is smaller , less features, and less horsepower). the more expensive BMW 3301 xdrive cant hold a candle to Arteon's loaded features. The Volkswagen Arteon sport mode holds that road fun to drive as well as Audi's and BMW's. I know because I have owned Audi's and BMW's. Volkswagen's brand is emerging quickly beyond it's work horse perception.

2019 Volkswagen Arteon review
I have owned many cars, but have NEVER received the compliments like I do on this vehicle. I have a 2019 VW Arteon SEL Premium R-Line 4 Motion. It now has 82,000 and I bought it with under 30,000 3 years ago. I love this car. I perform all scheduled maintenance, but otherwise have not spent a dime in the repair shop. Prior to the end of the manufacturer warranty, I purchased the extended warranty to 150k miles or 10 years. The vehicle has the most spacious back seat of any car out there, with a 6-3 person able to fit without knees touching with front seat set normally. One thing I have not seen mentioned is, that with all of the other amazing features, the car will perfectly parallel park itself and will let you know if a spot is big enough. I just learned about this myself in last month. I played with it and it works perfectly. All you do is shift and give a little gas, but it does all steering. I have taken several trips of hundreds of miles each. In this car, they are very comfortable and easy. The seat massage is sufficient and the ventilated seats work great. Mileage, performance, ride quality, and comfort are amazing. Recently, I had a new BMW X5 as a rental. I couldn’t wait to get back to my Arteon. Any Arteon owner will agree how magnificently they steer and drive. I love everything about this best kept secret in the auto business. I plan to keep this car till the wheels fall off. A first for me. I highly recommend this car. Thank you VW for making such an amazing vehicle. Oh, by the way, the Arteon was made in Germany and is of impeccable build quality, as we all expect from the Germans.
