Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Ashlie, John, Liz, Kyle, Steve, and the entire team show their commitment to a great buying experience. I was the victim of a red light runner in mid December and lost my beloved VW Golf. I spent 3 painstaking weeks looking for a decent vehicle within my budget without having to finance. I would rather be physically hit by a car then deal with another car dealership EXCEPT for Garnet VW!! As soon as you request info, car dealerships blow you up!! My phone was ringing off the hook, text out the wazoo, and endless emails!! I stumbled up a gem at Garnet VW and requested email only. The following morning Steve, the manager, emailed me and we corresponded throughout the day. Not a single call or text!! I arrived that evening at Garnet and was handed the keys to the 2014 Kia Soul and told "take your time, you don't need a baby sitter". It was a breath of fresh air to not be forced in to small talk and a sign of respect. I'm sure if I was looking at a $50,000 new car things might have been different but it made a world of difference to me! I returned to a sales associate, Fran, showing me the ins & outs of the vehicle. Sat down with Steve and we struck a deal! As it was nearing the end of the night and dinner time, Fran brought out a variety of snacks & beverages while the car was being prepped and the paperwork completed. AND per request, they dug out a desk calendar for me! It was an absolute pleasure shopping with Garnet VW!!

Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. I've driven Volkswagen's for years and this one hasn't disappointed. Advice to Volkswagen, bring back the TDI!

A place to trust. I am so much happy with Piazza Volkswagen of Langhorne that cannot be described by words here. In particular Christine and Mark at service center are highly worthy to mention for their help and assistance they always provide to help customer like me who do not have much knowledge about cars and want to see a trust in their service provider. I got it at pizza. I missed the moment that I did not purchased my car from Piazza because the specific color I was interested in was not available. This lead me to fall under a trap of cheat created by Burlington Volkswagen at route 130 in Burlington NJ. These people sold me a damage vehicle which was having a dent on roof, have so many problems in AC, roof, light etc. Moreover, the manager like Meredith and sale person Alley Haque who know these things and intensely cheat with me. I always keep them in my prayers to my creator who will certainly teach them a good lesson for their cheating. But I am thankful to Christine and mark who helped me fix all problems one by one while my vehicle is under warranty. But the dent on roof is not under warranty because Burlington did not take any responsibility for it and misbehaved with me while I reported them. Even I already reported this to them while I was purchasing. Overall, there is always good and evil in the world and for me in relation to purchase 2024 Volkswagen, Burlington is an Evil and to help fix my car and maintenance, The PIAZZA is GOOD.
