Duval Ford review
I spent several months looking for my last truck and after dealer with five local dealers, Duval worked harder to find what I wanted. Warren an Drew were very professional and made sure they kept in touch with me the entire time. I highly recommend Duval Ford for anyone's next purchase.
2019 Volkswagen Atlas review
This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

My previous car died on me so I was in need of a reliable vehicle. My sales consultant - Paul Harney - was very professional & walked me thru the whole process which was seamless.
2021 Volkswagen Atlas review
Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

Atlantic Coast Acura review
I am pleased to share my experience with you regarding my recent car lease. From my initial email inquiry, to the moment I stepped into the dealership, and eventually to the final handshake, I can confidently say that it was a thoroughly positive experience. Nash was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to understand my preferences and budget constraints before guiding me towards suitable options. His honest approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making process. He went above and beyond after the lease was completed to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer and I truly appreciate that. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my car leasing experience. The dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction, coupled with their professionalism and transparency, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to share my feedback.

VERY HAPPY with the car except for the embarrassing horn LOL and the fact that the car is smarter than I am technologically speaking. I'm learning new options all the time.

Very easy and straightforward process. They were easy to work with, willing to negotiate, very honest and did not have anything hidden at time of pickup. More dealerships should follow their model.

Lexus of JacksonvilleReviews
Lexus of Jacksonville review
My husband and I just purchased a TX 350 this week. We worked with Shannon and we loved it. Honestly, very painless process. I purchased by first car from a dealership almost ten years ago and swore I'd never go back because of how I was treated. The typical price gouging and feeling like they were just taking advantage of me due to me being young. HOWEVER, working with Shannon restored my faith in a painless and reasonable process. I think that's huge. He was very nice and direct about things. Felt like he was honest and cared about us being happy with everything. No smoke and mirrors situation with him. I'd recommend him and Lexus of Jacksonville to family or friends.

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
I am loving my new Atlas Peak Edition! The drive is smooth, and doesn't lag for a 4cylinder. There is plenty of room for all passengers & the foot space is great. The only few features I wish the car came with is 2 driver preferences, fold in side mirrors, and a better camera. The Camera seems like it is zoomed and the view isn't clear. Other than those few details, the car in my opinion is great!

Sam was very helpful. A good listener. No pressure. Sam assisted us virtually until our arrival then worked hard to get us in exactly what we needed after our arrival.
2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
While sales noted it has cameras, it is only for backing up, not when parking and looking for a forward camera. Not having either auto fold in mirrors or memory for seat (only available on their most expensive model) turns out to be quite inconvenient. Car is quite comfortable and roomy, especially the 3rd row.

CarMax Jacksonville West review
I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. My local VW dealership checked out the vehicle and it was perfect. Thanks CarMax.
2024 Volkswagen Atlas review
Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. I've driven Volkswagen's for years and this one hasn't disappointed. Advice to Volkswagen, bring back the TDI!

Autoline Preowned review
Very easy purchase. Got in touch with Nick on Friday about a truck they had that I was interested in. We discussed my trade in that day & they made me a more than fair offer. He gave me assurance that the vehicle would be ready that following morning when my wife & I arrived. We took it for a quick test drive, talked financial figures & made a deal in less than 2 hours. Couldn't be happier with the truck & terms of the deal!! Great dealership, very laid back with no pressure to buy. Solid selection of vehicles at very fair prices for today's market. Thank you Nick & Autoline

Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

I had bought a new car and it needed the first service. I called Olsteen volkswagen to make an appointment. I talked to the service manager, not sure if they could get it done within the week. They had me bring it in the very next morning. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted professionally and with kindness. I walked in and spoke with Anthony the service manager. He was very professional and kind as well. I didn't wait long at all when Anthony greeted me in the waiting room. I walked out and seen my car ready to go. Serviced and cleaned. I can't write enough to express my gratitude for the professional, kind and fast service they provide. Thank you Anthony and the Olsteen volkswagen jacksonville dealership.

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
