my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

Wellesley Volkswagen review
I never get tired of writing amazing reviews for Wellesley Volkswagen. I just leased my fourth VW Jetta GLI. I could go to a dealership closer to where I live but would rather drive the extra miles to this dealership. The entire team, from sales to service, are top notch. I can't say enough good things about Jens Albrecht who handled my lease. He is personable, professional, fair and eager to give me the best deal possible. He explains everything carefully and thoroughly. He goes the extra mile for his customers. Also, servicing my car here is also a pleasant experience. Any problems are explained in detail with computerized printouts showing what the problem is. I have never seen a service dept. do that before until I went to Wellesley Volkswagen. This is the place to go for your next VW.

I’m totally impressed with this engine in performance and reliability. The performance is legendary and I did not expect this in a mid sized vehicle. The economic benefits are also a valid reason I purchased this vehicle.

Amazing service done by kind people. After having my last car ownership experience go so poorly I’m happy my car is being serviced at Kelly VW! Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

Noyes Volkswagen review
My experience with the salesman was very good. He was patient (even with speaking with my husband via phone). The vehicle itself is very nice and has replaced an Audi (which isn't easy to do). However, I was not pleased with how the rear plate was attached. (the screw was pushed completely though to vehicle) and whomever did the detailing needs a lesson in detailing. The worst part is whatever they used to clean the inside windows left an oily/hazy residue behind that took my detailer well over an hour to remove. He'd never seen anything like it. All that being said, the dealership itself was a pleasure to deal with as was the finance man. I would consider this dealership again for future purchases.
