The car overall is in great shape besides a few things here and there but for the year it's to be expected and we got the vehicle at a great price we brought it home all the way to Rockford and had it inspected by our mechanic and he says that we made a great choice.

No hidden or surprise add ons or mark ups. They are all stand up individuals. Worked with 10-20 people in past few weeks at other deals, had bad experience with most of them. My check engine light came on on my gently used Volkswagen Atlas RLine model, new to me, so I scheduled an appointment for service I laid for extended warranty at the time I purchased the vehicle I don't recall what all is covered I just know the engine and tranny was on there lol typical right. Overall,1 this dealership helped me find out what my warranty covered and found that I had an additional warranty that had not expired yet. End of story my catalytic converterer is bad and there for Tracy Volkswagin found out it is covered the ordered the part which is on back order, so now I'm waiting hoping it will arrive soon to get my baby fixed it's hard to find someone to work on these vehicles but when you have warranty and a great service dealership like Tracy Volkswagon with great customer service you wait could never go wrong. I BOUGHT THIS CAR A YEAR AGO ITS A 2013 JETTA TDI WHEN I GOT IT IT HAD 34K AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED ITS A GREAT CAR THE STEERING IS SUPER TIGHT AND RESPONSIVE. THE POWER IN THIS LITTLE 4 BANGER DIESEL IS VERY GOOD. I FEEL THIS CAR GETS A BAD RAP. IM GETTIN 39 MILES AROUND TOWN. THE RIDE IS SMOOTH AS SILK THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THE COST OF THE DSG FLUID AND FILTER CHANGE $499? THATS NUTS. BUT OTHER THAN THAT I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. FOR 7K ITS A GREAT CAR.

2013 Volkswagen Jetta review
Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.
