Jidd Motors MitsubishiReviews
Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
We just purchased our 4th car from Jidd Motors yesterday, and once again the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every time we’ve worked with this dealership, we’ve been treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care, which is why we continue to come back. This time around they had exactly what we were looking for, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. We were in and out in no time, with no pressure and no unnecessary hassle. Jesse Wright was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making sure we found the right vehicle. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Steve Cole in finance was equally fantastic to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options, answered every question clearly, and made the financing process easy to understand. We never felt rushed and appreciated how transparent everything was. What really sets Jidd Motors apart is their customer service. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, respectful, and focused on making the car-buying experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that consistently delivers such a high level of service and makes customers feel valued. We highly recommend Jidd Motors, Jesse Wright, and Steve Cole to anyone looking for a vehicle. After four great experiences, they’ve earned our trust and loyalty. When it’s time for car number five, we’ll absolutely be coming back!

Andrew and Mike were the reps on site and they were super nice. They have a ton of good Toyota options and for a reasonable and fair price. Andrew assisted me with the buying process. I was pleased with the overall process and purchasing experience that Andrew provided. I highly recommend brining a strong down payment to lower interest. Overall I see myself buying another car or two from here!

Wonderful and very smooth experience purchasing from Glenview Luxery Imports. Peter Kritikos made the entire buying experience a breeze from start to finish, even going out of his way to have a bow on my new truck waiting for me & texted to make sure we made it home safe after our three hour drive. 10/10 recommend this dealership! City Volkswagen of Highland review
My husband Larry Kutz and myself Janice Minton-Kutz had a wonderful experience purchasing our new 2022 Taos. Thanks to Bogdan Strudzinski, Lameshia Rogers and Sean Pelkey we took delivery in March 2022. We had owned a 2015 VW Passat which I loved but unfortunately it didn't survive a crash on 12/13/21. Luckily, thanks to this sturdy car--I did. The car buying experience is made family friendly thanks to the kind and understanding staff at City VW in Highland. Am recommending them to all my friends. The service department is also second to none and they even wash your car after each service!

City Volkswagen of Chicago review
Alex is the man! He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire car-buying process without ever making me feel pressured. I had appointments scheduled with other dealerships, and Alex was completely understanding of that. He periodically checked in to see if I needed anything, offering support and answering questions without being pushy or making me feel obligated to make a decision. Ultimately, I decided to purchase my vehicle from City Volkswagen of Chicago, and I’m glad I did. The facility was clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pricing was unbeatable compared to the other options I considered. The entire experience felt smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Alex really stood out because of his professionalism, patience, and respect for my time and decision-making process. He made the experience enjoyable and gave me confidence in my purchase. If you’re looking for a dealership that offers great customer service, competitive pricing, and a no-pressure buying experience, I highly recommend City Volkswagen of Chicago. Be sure to ask for Alex — he’ll take great care of you!

City Volkswagen Of Evanston review
We just got our second car from City Evanston, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Gilbert was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated my whole family with kindness. He made sure my kids had snacks and toys while we finished our purchase process, and made the whole thing feel special. We also really love our car!
2025 Volkswagen Jetta review
Great car, drive it to work everyday, good gas mileage and dependable. Weathers snow, rain and the desert heat. With this car what's not to like?

This was my second time purchasing a car from City Volkswagen of Evanston, and the buying experience was great again. Frank did a great job of showing us the different trims available and the difference between each. I never felt pressure to buy a car at any moment of the process. I purchased when i found what i wanted and Frank lead me through the paperwork in no time. Soon i was driving my brand new Tiguan! When ready i will go get my third car from City Volkswagen of Evanston.

Excellent service! Alex is amazing person and dealer, I appreciate his patience, his kindness, his active listening and support to help me find the car that aid my needs and enjoy my driving. I’m so happy and grateful with all the staff but mostly with Alex! If you are looking for a car, come here. Also Alex speaks Spanish, so it’s great to be able to express myself in my native language. Thanks Alex and thanks Volkswagen team!

My experience was awesome, Edgar and Justin from service made sure we got the best service possible. I rate both of them 100%. I have been working with Justin since 2018 and I have never been disappointed. Edgar took care of us from start to finish. He was very pleasant and he explained everything we had questions about. I truly appreciate both of them.

I purchased a Nissan Xterra through this dealer, and I was completely impressed with the entire process. No hassles. Will do business with them again!
2025 Volkswagen Jetta review
I’m totally impressed with this engine in performance and reliability. The performance is legendary and I did not expect this in a mid sized vehicle. The economic benefits are also a valid reason I purchased this vehicle.
