2012 Volkswagen Tiguan review
This car is perfect for road trips without being to large to fit into small parking spaces. I drive many times from AZ-CA and had very few problems. The car did require a lot of oil refills however overall it was a great car.

Express Auto MallReviews
Express Auto Mall review
I really hesitated to purchase a used vehicle till I came across this beautiful and clean and honest dealership I called Express Auto Mall on Monday made an appointment to look at the car on Wednesday when I get there at the car was ready to go waiting for me. I had a great feeling about the place since I talked to them on the phone. They were very generous to answer all my questions, I took the car for a test drive. It was no pressure to purchase at all. I came back. I talked to Mike. He was very nice and professional explain to me everything about the vehicle. We made a deal. I purchased the car and I’m very happy with it. I would like to thank Mike and his staff for the great service and the beautiful vehicle. They sold me. I will be shopping there again in a few months for my daughter’s first car

Elgin VolkswagenReviews
Elgin Volkswagen review
Erv, I hope you get this, because you are an absolute ROCK STAR!!! For those of us who are not in the industry, the car dealership is not the place that many want to be. But then there are places like Elgin Volkswagen. I have never been to a place that I trust more with my Tiguan than this dealership. Unfortunately, I had one that had issues ranging from the steering wheel to the PCV Valve to the Cylinder head all before the 50,000 mile warranty expired. EVERY SINGLE TIME Erv treated me with incredibly customer service and kindness, getting me back on the road in record time. For the PCV valve, I had the check engine light come on driving home from work on I90, and I was able to make an appointment to bring it in. Now, to be completely honest, I was scared. "What if it isn't broken when I bring it in?" "What if I waste my time?" I left the engine running when I pulled it into the service drive just so I didn't risk the light turning off, but I didn't have to! Erv took the car back and came out shortly later and told me that they replaced the PCV valve. Crisis averted! Phew! Then I had an issue with the steering wheel capacitive touch sensor. Again, I brought it into Erv. He drove the car back, and came out shortly after to tell me, "Good news, we had a steering wheel in stock, so we put it on". At this point, I was more than floored!! Thirdly, and most importantly, my Cylinder Head had to get replaced shortly before the warranty expired. The part was on Back-Order, and Erv really out-did himself with this one!! He took my Tiguan, put me in a loaner for three days, and then texted me when mine was ready. Not to mention the fact that he texted me ON A SUNDAY EVENING that my cylinder head was in and ready to be installed. You better believe I dropped my car off the next day!! The bottom line is, ERV YOU DESERVE A RAISE MY GUY!!! THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO!!!!
2012 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Bought it almost new (2600miles) in 2013. Longest car I ever kept. It’s fun to drive, comfortable, solid, nibble in and out of traffic, good in snow and rain. Excellent on hills because of the turbo engine and regularly beat the high end BMW, Audi MB and Lexus. costs a little more cause it needs premium gas. One tune up every year and every time the mechanic told me transmission, brake, muffler, tailpipe, timing belt all good. So far one major repair of gaskets because of water leak at $2000 and regular tires battery . Will keep until we are forced to go EV

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Sullivan's is family owned and operated and it shows. This is the forth car we have purchased from them. They are extremely fair and always take good care of us. They stand behind their cars and I am so grateful to have a place to go that I can trust.

Leith Volkswagen of Cary review
I must say, the car buying experience with VW of Cary, exceeded my expectation of quality service. At no point I felt pressured into buying a vehicle. Darrius Purnell, Salesman Extraordinaire, really did a remarkable job of just being a “regular everyday person” free from suits and rigid customer service. Sales Manager Brandon was Fantastic with paperwork and locking me into a better rate for financing than my bank lender!!! I’m a VW Customer for Life!! Thank You VW of Cary, Darrius, Brandon, and the whole team in Cary!

Very dependable car. Lots of room, great mileage and power when you need it. Fun to drive. I just wish I had opted for a manual.
