Tulley BMW of ManchesterReviews
Tulley BMW of Manchester review
I have gone to Dawn Jellow at Tulley for years, and she IS the best. She is no xx, and has always worked within my limited budget. She makes car buying easy, and if you've bought cars in your past, you know that almost never happens. No runaround, no strategy to maximize their profits at your expense. Just honest numbers with a warm and friendly heart. Just got an end-of-the-month deal with her and Noah that I never thought possible. I wasn't even car shopping!! And this is not the first time this has happened... it's like the 8th. Go to this dealership if you want a pre-owned BMW. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Seriously. Been a loyal customer for 10+ years, and they have never failed to impress me.

Great car for the money. I like everything about it except the Infotainment system. It would be nice to have an aux input and a cd player.

It was a really good experience working with the people at the dealership I would recommend them to everyone.
2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

I recently had the experience of working with Casey to purchase a new car at Rochester VW. I have bought many new cars and I would like to say that this was the easiest purchase I have ever had. Casey did everything she could to make sure I got the car I wanted. I will definitely refer her to friends when they are looking to purchase a new car. Thank you Casey for being the BEST sales person ever!!

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Key GMC of Rochester review
The single element that changed my opinion from never going back to the dealership after I bought my truck to now am willing to always go back for EVERYTHING (including driving the 1 hr each way) for something even as small as an oil change, is the service department. Chris, the service manager, and his team make the experience a pleasant experience. This is a result of their ability to identify and fix issues with the vehicle but with the personality that they also have. They engage with me, are always friendly but not patronizing, and add to the clarity that is often missing with customer - service interactions.

Portsmouth Volkswagen review
Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

Most seamless car buying experience I’ve had. They honor the discounted prices online and helped with getting the max discount possible through financing arrangements. My sales rep, Sebastian also gave me ample time with the car to ensure I’m making the right choice. I really appreciate someone not watching over my shoulder while test driving different models and trims. Loving my 2027 Sportage Hybrid X-Line model!

Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua review
Review for Franny Sullivan. We were faced with a decision to purchase a newer vehicle when our 2014 Volvo XC60 needed extensive repairs. As the service visit quickly turned into a purchase, we were directed to Franny. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what our budget could handle. As we worked through several options we decided on a used 2024 Volvo XC60 with low mileage. We were amazed at how well Franny knew the vehicle and its accessories, stepping us through each one. We still don't get all the features, as there are so many of them, but we love the vehicle. For us, Franny's personality and the ease of the sale, with NO pressure made us beyond happy. Thanks Franny!
