Excellent experience overall. I ordered my car and it arrived early! Cliff is a super pro. He made the process a pleasure. I highly recommend this dealership.
2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

World Volkswagen of NeptuneReviews
World Volkswagen of Neptune review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my 2020 Infiniti QX60 from World Volkswagen! I was dreading the car-buying process as I had terrible experiences with previous dealerships , but Robert made it completely seamless. There were zero high-pressure sales tactics. They truly listened to my needs and kept communication clear and transparent from start to finish. The final price matched exactly what we negotiated online with no surprise hidden fees. Kamal also was a joy to work with! If you want a quick, painless, and honest car-buying experience, go see Robert Bilek! I will definitely be a returning customer!
2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I really enjoy my 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL! It's a great SUV with a perfect combination of comfort, style, practicality, and technology. The interior feels premium, the seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth and quiet. It has plenty of space for passengers and cargo, making it perfect for daily driving and longer road trips. The SEL trim comes with great features, and the Tiguan handles very well for an SUV. Fuel economy is also reasonable, and the overall driving experience is enjoyable. Overall, the 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL is a great choice for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and practical SUV. I would definitely recommend it!

The service here just felt a lot more professional and honestly I care just as much about how Im treated as I do about the car itself, so thats a big reason I went with this place. Joel really knows it, he a real expert

Bergey's Ford of LansdaleReviews
Bergey's Ford of Lansdale review
Bergey's Ford of Lansdale has been our Go-To dealer for new car sales and vehicle service for about 16 years now. Recently needed a service visit for a Ford Recall. When I stopped in to make the appointment Gina suggested I use their Valet Service and I agreed to that since the time for the recall would be uncertain. This was a very nice arrangement and they called and provided Text Messaging to let me know when the valet would be arriving and how the work was progressing. DJ also called to let me know the service was completed and they would be bringing the car back. This whole experience was great and along with the years of service we have had with our cars, we would be more than happy to recommend them for service as well as the sales department.

Rich took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right vehicle! Their customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in treating people the right way. If you’re looking for a dealership you can trust, I highly recommend asking for Rich and Roy. 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.
