I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to wait a week or two to get my car serviced. I also liked the fact that my call was answered by a live person rather than going to voice mail. I was not pressured to give a good rating for the service received as happens at some other dealers. My car had a spotless exterior when I picked it up. I wish my dealer back home was more like you folks.
My fiance called Gunther and spoke to Garrison. We decided that night to go test drive the Jetta. 2 hours later we had a pretty good deal for the R line. Love the car! Fun to drive, great on gas and has all the safety features I wanted.
This review is for Schumacher Jeep of Delray Beach, FL. I recently needed to bring my Jeep in for service. I was assigned Charlie Termini as my service tech. I have to say, up to that point I had seriously considered changing to another location for service. Charlie was very thorough. He explained what was going on with my Jeep, he was courteous and professional. He is great! Thank you Charlie!
I'm a single mom and I dread buying a new car. Had a great experience with Tevin. He was not pushy, answer my 50 questions with patience, The sales manager Ben was really helpful in finding the right car. The best part was the finance manager Gil Cruz, he got my car payment lower then I budgeted! It was the trifecta of an incredible sales experience.
Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?

I have always been treated curteoysly at Gunther Motors Service Dept. The Service Specialist go out of their way to ensure any serivce and/or repairs are done satisfactorily, on time and on budget. Over the years (after 6 cars purchased/leased at Gunther VW) I have developed a rapport with some of the specialists.
