2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
Bought 2025 Atlas Peak Edition new in Sep’25 and after 7,000 miles have 0 issues! Build quality is top notch and everything is fully functionable. Very well laid out to provide maximum interior space with real adult 3rd row seating. I traded in my Ford Explorer Platinum since I couldn’t take the continual and repeatable breakdown issues with transmission and engine failures along with the many fit and finish issues. Hands down, my wife and I absolutely love this vehicle. One of my sons drove my Atlas and liked it so much he bought identical model for his family too.

Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. I was looking at the Subaru you had, and I was told that you will not find it. Five thousand dollars , but I feel at the application , because the car I was looking Was three thousand something something You told me you do not finance. I am a man Raising my 2 granddaughter. 9 at 10 Also, I'm dealing with cancer and heart problems and need a vehicle. I can afford $78 a month. And according to your website, I qualify, but when I called, they said they will not give me a loan. Because the car was under the amount used to take loans for broke my heart, cause I needed to get back-and-forth to my hospital visits and taking my granddaughters where they need to go friends of mine said. These are very reputable, and I was hoping it was something you could do for me. I'm a little heartbroken that I can't get a card from you, I know my credit score in bed, but when it came down to paying Certain things like my medication, they destroyed my credit rating. I just like to say thank you.\n And then if there was ever anything you could do get me in a vehicle. That is between 3 and 4000 dollars. With a payment of 73 Dollars A month, I appreciate it. Not 43 big Just asking for a little freedom by driving And trying To stay alive for my girls and my family. Thank you for listening. 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

2025 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I bought the SEL R-Line, which comes fully loaded with all the luxury features. My favorites are the massaging seats and customizable ambient lighting. All the materials have a quality feel to them. The car also drives very well - it's nimble for an SUV and has plenty of power. I almost bought an Audi Q5, but this new-generation Tiguan was a far better value.

2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

2023 Volkswagen Golf R review
The best combination of AWD 4-door hot hatch with 6-SP manual. Rear 0-100% torque vectoring is a huge technical advancement. Powerful and economical 313 HP 4-cylinder. The Golf R is a true sleeper. M2 performance in. a low-key wrapper.

2013 Volkswagen Jetta review
Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

2018 Volkswagen Passat review
Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

2017 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

2004 Volkswagen R32 review
I am one of the 5000 owners of the 2004 R32 in the US. Mine has 243,000 miles on her and still going strong. It was my DD until 2021 when I got a Subaru STI. It is parked in my garage most of the time but still drive it once a week to and from work and the occasional Saturday. Keep the oil changed at 3500 miles on full synthetic. Find yourself a good VW mechanic who is certified. The car is still comfortable, fun to drive and still has that wonderful purr of that V-6. The only issues have been the torsion bar that attaches to the front wheels. They make a distinctive sound and you need to get them replaced. Mine went around 145k and 163k miles. $450 each time. Keep it gassed with at least 89 (prefer 93 octane) and you can use non-ethanol as well.

2016 Volkswagen Beetle review
I traded in my Buick Enclave for a VW Beetle over 6 years ago and have loved it nearly every day. The Turbo engine is fantastic. It's been a great little car. The only complaint is that it's not great (at all!) in the snow. Other than that, two thumbs up.
