Called to ask if a Tundra had a bench seat or bucket seats since they had no interior photos. Was told on the phone it didn't have a bench seat (bench seat is a no go for me). I drive all the way there and sure enough it had a bench seat. Looked great on the outside but the inside was a deal killer for me.
I went here to purchase a new vehicle for myself. First I was introduced to Eric who helped assist me with the starting purchase process. Eric showed me the 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan and assisted me on a test drive he was so informative and helpful. I instantly fell in love with it. Then he introduced me to George the Senior Sales consultant who I dealt with all throughout this process. He made sure this process went smoothly, answered all my questions and just was all around very helpful . Also Steven one of the business managers was so informative, helpfuI and made sure this deal was finalized in the end. I’m extremely satisfied and I thank these three gentlemen for making this the best experience ever. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I don’t regret it. I’m in love with my new car. I 100%recommend this place.
The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed

I have had my car for almost a year and have had absolutely zero issues with NPVW. Matt is a very helpful salesman and was able to get everything together without issue and Ken is great to deal with when the car needs to be serviced. Great employees and no pressure atmosphere.
I first inquired online about a CPO Jetta that was on the lot and was in contact with Shawn. He was quick to answer any questions I had about the car, and was patient with me while I considered other options. Shawn was off the day I was able to come see the car, so I worked with Michael. He was able to answer most of my questions and help me along the process with great patience. When he couldn't answer a specific warranty question, he was able to get an answer from another staff member for me. As a fairly new member of the team, I hope to see him around for a while. He was also in contact via email after the purchase to see if I had any questions. I will note that the tire pressures were low and set off a tpms light the morning after purchase. A minor inconvenience, but should have been caught on final prep.

Jordan Clarius was excellent to work with and made the entire process a breeze. He was responsive to my needs, worked out the details of the deal quickly, and knew the product inside out. I have dealt with many care sales men and women, having even sold cars myself, and Jordan is one of the best. Knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. There was no nonsense...no game of haggling (great price to begin with)...no fake interest or attention--I was treated like a real person instead of the next pay check. I will definitely be back to Jordan and Garnet in the future.
This dealership is the easiest one I have ever worked with. We have bought our last 2 cars here and we will keep going back. I was texting with a dealer over the phone on a Friday, he gave me all of the info on the car I was looking for, got me the numbers I needed to be at, we set up a time for Saturday morning to look at the car. When we got there, he was waiting for us with a new clean car, went for a test drive with us explaining all of the features, very helpful. Once we went back in the show room, all of the numbers we talked about were the same, no supersizes at the end. Only took about 3hrs, and the car was spotless with a full tank of gas. He helped me set up my phone to sink with the car and followed up on Monday to make sure we were happy. Over all great experience. Highly recommend this dealership!
So we all know going to look at a new car can be overwhelming and anxiety ridden. No amount of research can prepare you for the moment of walking into a dealership. luckily for me, I reached out via telephone a few days prior and spoke to the amazing Casey. Casey was patient and kind on the phone and answered all my question prior to me making the decision to step foot inside the location. He even called me back promptly when he had to ask his manager about an odd question I had about price matching. A few days went by before I had the chance to get over to Garnet Volkswagen after work. As soon as I walked in, Casey was there, even though I didn't tell him I would be stopping by that day. He remembered all that we had talked about on the telephone a few days prior. He even remembered the exact trim level I was looking at as well as the car that I was looking to trade in. Great memory!! especially for an unannounced walk in. He set me up for a test drive and explained all the technology features of the 2019 Jetta SEL. what a car! I think he could sense that i was a bit overwhelmed with all the tech beautifully placed in the vehicle and literally sat with my boyfriend and i and explained nearly ever button. The car comes with a users manual... Casey definitely didn't have to go through all the features with me like he did, but he was so kind to do so. He was knowledgeable, patient, and honest through the process.I literally can not express how awesome Casey is. He explained everything throughly, gave me a no pressure attitude, made me feel comfortable and 100% sure of my purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my friends, family, and coworkers if they were looking for a Volkswagen. Thank you Casey! You made the process so easy.
