30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I had an incident with Friendship Ford located in Bristol, TN. It was a long issue. However the General Manager Lance Dowdy contacted me and took care of my issue. He is a man of his word and he did exactly what he advised me he would do. I did write a scathing review previously but Lance has renewed my trust in Friendship Ford. If you have any issues with this dealership definitely ask to speak with Lance .

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

We searched on the Internet for the particular car we wanted, and one of the few for sale was nearby at Toyota of Kingsport. The car was priced competitively, and we worked through the details of the trade, payoff, new financing, etc., with no major issues. We feel like we were treated fairly and purchased a good car.

Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received a great deal on the purchase of a new CRV. Heather took the time to help us set up vehicle settings and explained things related to our new car. I would recommend this dealership when purchasing a new Honda. Our new CRV is awesome also.

Very spacious, very luxurious feeling. Sits up nice and high, rides smooth, good throttle response. This is a very sporty looking family car. Trunk space is ridiculous. Very sharp and eye catching.

A lot of dealers will force all kinds of things you don’t need, manipulate you into paying more than you need to, but I was treated with respect, didn’t feel forced into any decisions, and I’m currently in love with this car. Don’t listen to the complainers. It’s a great SUV!! This is my 2nd cross port. 1st was 2020 SEL tech pkg. now I opted for the SEL R Line. Car is great. It’s comfortable it’s classy the interior with the ambient lighting takes it up a few notches. Has all the safety options needed and more including the heads up display. Everything is pricey today so definitely not cheap. But the retuned engine is appreciated compared to the previous 4 cyl. Wish it was better fuel economy but not a deal breaker. The car is roomy organized and thought out of placing the more frequent “buttons” handy. The entire vehicle has been redone. Structurally the same but almost everything is a new! It’s been a week with the new model - looks like an Audi but more impressive than one. LOVE IT!!!

Great bunch of kids - well, to me they are young. However - GA lost my title, then Nashville lost it so I still don't have a permanent car tag. That's been a harassment but I don't think it's on Car Max. I think some state workers are using COVID as an excuse to slack off.

I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

This car is great value for the price smooth ride heated seats it's low mileage very nice car I'm extremely happy with this choice and the extra options

I had an absolutely amazing experience. I am from a Maryland and was tired of getting ripped off locally. I found my dream car, the Kia K5, at the dealership in TN, for $5,000 cheaper than here in Maryland and no mark up cost. Tony was amazing, even from such a distance. I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.
