2023 Volkswagen Taos review
2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
Bought 2025 Atlas Peak Edition new in Sep’25 and after 7,000 miles have 0 issues! Build quality is top notch and everything is fully functionable. Very well laid out to provide maximum interior space with real adult 3rd row seating. I traded in my Ford Explorer Platinum since I couldn’t take the continual and repeatable breakdown issues with transmission and engine failures along with the many fit and finish issues. Hands down, my wife and I absolutely love this vehicle. One of my sons drove my Atlas and liked it so much he bought identical model for his family too.

2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

2018 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

If you had told me before I walked into the dealership that I would be driving home in a brand new 2026 Subaru Outback, I would have laughed. I wasn’t there to buy a car. I was there to help my cousin buy hers. Then we test drove the Outback. I loved it so much that I asked if I could take one for a drive myself. One test drive later, I was buying a Subaru too. That was never the plan, and I can honestly say a huge reason it happened was because of Jadaice. From the minute we met him, he made us feel comfortable. He was friendly, personable, funny, and easy to talk to. He never came across as the stereotypical pushy salesperson. Instead, he took the time to get to know us, answered every question, and made the entire experience enjoyable. It felt like he genuinely cared about making sure we left happy, whether we bought a car or not. What impressed me the most was that he wasn’t just selling a vehicle. He was building trust. He listened to what I was comfortable spending and went back to finance more than once to advocate for a deal that worked for me. At no point did I feel pressured. I felt heard, respected, and valued as a customer. He was also managing two purchases at the same time, mine and my cousin’s, and somehow made both of us feel like we had his full attention. That takes patience, professionalism, and a level of customer service that is hard to find. The biggest compliment I can give Jadaice is this. He didn’t just sell me an Outback. He sold me on Subaru. I walked into the dealership with zero intention of buying a car, and I drove home in one because he made the entire process so positive and enjoyable. Jadaice is an incredible representative for Subaru. If this is what the future of customer service looks like, Subaru is in very good hands. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Jadaice. You’ll leave feeling like you were treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care, and you just might end up buying a car you never planned on buying, just like I did.
2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

2018 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Going on 3 years with my 2018 Tiguan. Last year heading to Pheonix from Northern AZ in middle of nowhere lost power and could only go 25mph. Stopped and waited for tow. Took it to VW dealer they fixed it free on a recall. Only problem so far kept garage and maintained. Only minor gripe is the light weight 0 20 oil is hard to read on dipstick..consistency of water. Runs well plenty of power for this old guy.

We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.
2024 Volkswagen Atlas review
Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. I've driven Volkswagen's for years and this one hasn't disappointed. Advice to Volkswagen, bring back the TDI!

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. 2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
I am loving my new Atlas Peak Edition! The drive is smooth, and doesn't lag for a 4cylinder. There is plenty of room for all passengers & the foot space is great. The only few features I wish the car came with is 2 driver preferences, fold in side mirrors, and a better camera. The Camera seems like it is zoomed and the view isn't clear. Other than those few details, the car in my opinion is great!

2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
First off the gas mileage is great. I can get up to 30-32 miles in city and get up to 40 on highway. Its an excellent ride very smooth. Its feels real sturdy and safe. Has driver assistance to prevent crossing lines or hitting person in front of you. Has backup camera also and the sun roof goes from the fron to the back of the roof The more I drive it the more I love it.

2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

2021 Volkswagen Atlas review
Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.

2022 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport review
I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.
