Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS

I’ve been going here for maintenance since I bought my Toyota Camry. I’ve bought two new keys and had both front shocks replaced. Everyone I interacted with from the parts department and the actual dealership was very nice and friendly. This was my first time buying/financing a car with a proper dealership. I called ahead to see if they still had a car available I saw online. They confirmed they did. I showed up was greeted by the manager (dont remember his name sorry) told them which car I was inquiring about and in less then 2 minutes they had it out front open for me to look at along with my father (he was a mechanic). The car was incredibly clean they did a good job on cleaning it. The manager was not one of those salesmen who push you to buy a car even if your not fully satisfied he also let me and my family take the car for a test drive without him sitting in the car so I could truly get a feel for the car in peace. The salesman I ended up working with was Joshua Zion he was very pleasant to work with he had a good attitude the entire time even when I forgot to add some of my information they needed. He kept me informed of what I needed to do/bring he was incredibly helpful he did everything including dealing with my insurance agent which I dislike doing. They transferred my old plates to the car I purchased and dealt with the registry and did all the finance paper work all I had to do was sign. I am truly happy with my experience with Mastria. I have already referred someone who will be in the market within the next few months for a new car.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

I have just bought my third certified vehicle from Coastal. Evan is super nice and no pressure. He got me in a low mileage Jetta in 2 hours. I was able to drive home in my (new to me )vehicle. Kudos to Greg, the numbers man. He gave me a very fair trade in and explained the warranty process.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I knew what kind of vehicle I was looking for and SEM had just what I wanted. They were very simplistic in their sales with no high pressure or fast talking. I either wanted the vehicle or I didn't. They answered my questions and helped me fill out the paperwork. It took a few days for the car to be ready as they had to give it their inspections and complete the paperwork, but it was ready when they said it would be. Since I was buying a used vehicle, I decided to purchase the warranty and am I glad I did. As with every older vehicle there can be maintenance problems, but SEM was extremely helpful and conscientious in making sure my vehicle was in proper working order. They were happy to listen to my concerns and help me figure out what exactly was wrong and they fixed it far better than I could have expected. Their sales and customer service are exemplary. My son needs a new car and I will be returning to SEM as I know I can expect the best sales and service. Thank you, SEM, for having the right vehicle and providing me with a vehicle that was safe and suited my needs.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. I've driven Volkswagen's for years and this one hasn't disappointed. Advice to Volkswagen, bring back the TDI!

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

I choose the S model that doesn't come with all the extras but for me the interior is roomy well appointed cloth seats that I don't have to maintain,also a large infotainment screen that is very functional shift on the collome leaving more room on the console .The exterior is sporty and clean lined making it easy to ceramic coating it. I find the 2 liter turbo charged engine provides plenty of power for the model that has less curb weight than the Atlas and the front wheel drive results in getting 35 mpg at 70 on the hwy. The overall results in a very comfortable ride and experience that I was looking for.
