I did not end up purchasing the vehicle due to the carfax report though would ceratinly consider retuning to the dealer due to the pleasurable experience
Exceptional support from the sales staff (Sandy Stein) and the GM (Barry Goodman). Fully explained every aspect of the cost, car features, lease details, etc. This is our 7th car from 128 Volvo and the team there is the primary reason we return. There are many other vehicles we could choose, but we choose 128 Volvo due to the service and family atmosphere from Barry and Sandy.
Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience.
The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me:
"Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?"
That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

No hanging price in the whole process, i first email the dealership and Cecil reach out back and helped me identify my needs. From there he was very upfront with a very competitive offer and transparent with all the fees. This was my first service experience. The professionalism of all staff and the appropriate frequency of updates, made this the experience I’ve had with any dealership. I must note that Prime Volvo is not my closest dealership, yet this experience and my buying experience has made them my dealer of choice. I would specially like to thank Lary in the service department for his ability to connect with a customer and know exactly what to say and when to say it.

Service department was very attentive and handled my concern in a very expedient manner. The service manager was very good about communicating options and the waiting area was very comfortable with nice amenities.

Our sales person, Kyle Petrucci, was exceptional in his knowledge of the new XC90 T8, answered all my many questions in detail and provided follow up info when needed. I also felt he was a partner in the process of finding the right car for me, rather than trying to sell me.
