I have been going to Merrimack St Volvo for over 30 years and have always been treated well. The service advisors are always friendly and helpful with whatever I need. There labor rate's are cheaper then the guys in Nashua. Maybe that's why they don't have a new building.

Mike M was excellent to deal with. My wife and I felt no pressure to rush our decision. We purchased an XC90, and Mike did a thorough job explaining the working details of the vehicle. Also, it should be noted that this is the first time we have returned to buy a second vehicle from the same dealership which speaks to how well we have been treated by Portland Volvo.

Volvo Cars Danvers review
I had the best buying experience at Volvo Village of Danvers MA. The 2 salespeople I worked with Michelle and Jasmin(Jazz) were outstanding and a pleasure to work with Michelle went to incredible lengths to put me in touch with the car I was interested in. She answered all of my questions about costs, discounts, etc... and validated all of my concerns especially with the available financing options. Jazz was able to transfer all the information needed to make an absolutely incredible deal. I loved my conversations with Michelle and the stress free signing of the paperwork with Jazz. Their bringing the car to NH for registration was quick and easy and also a another great part of the car buying experience. I highly recommend this team at Volvo of Danvers to anyone in the market for a new or used Volvo.

We recently made an unplanned purchase of new 2020 XC90 at Danvers Volvo and the team there is a pleasure to work with. We have bought/leased 6 previous Volvo's and this experience at Danvers is by far the best we have ever had. The sales team was patient with us as we reviewed options, costs, etc... and then expedited the paperwork for financing and registration so we could head quickly home to NY. I highly recommend this team if you're looking for a Volvo.

Lovering Volvo Cars ConcordReviews
Lovering Volvo Cars Concord review
We bought a vehicle at Lovering Volvo and having been out of state buyers we were pleased with the experience as we had no prior experience of knowledge of Lovering - we found the car thru online searches. The full experience was great and the amenities of registering the car at our home state DMV was awesome - the salesman - Thomas - was transparent and always returned calls as soon as possible. This is a rarity at some other dealerships. A smaller area of better transparency would be to provide more details about the service contracts at the time of purchase while in the finance managers office. Overall we are pleased with our experience at Lovering Volvo Concord, NH.

Lovering Volvo Cars Concord review
Thomas Cain didn’t have to sell me on a car as I am a repeat customer. What Thomas did was totally blow the stereotype of a car salesman out of the water! Not a cheesy line or hard sell was used, instead he knew how to shepherd me through the process with a refreshing attitude, utmost professionalism, honesty, and sincerity. Thomas rocks!
